Mold
This property is an absolute disaster. Everything in it is very old. There is a definite mold issue photos were taken and submitted to the manager ( who blamed it on pollen) we did call VRBO the very night we arrived to complain. they were unable to reach the manager, who eventually did reach out to me directly a couple of days later.. The carpet is absolutely disgusting. It is so stain and old. It is pulling up from the floor and bunching up in the doorways.. due to the way that my husband and I were physically feeling in the house we made a decision to vacate the property several days early and reached out to management and did ask them for a refund for the days that we were not there and was told the day that would’ve been our checkout day that basically we signed would be getting no portion of a refund. I had sent him pictures of the disgusting cookware in the house that was not fit to be used by anyone to consume food from and he said that had he known he would’ve seen if the owners would’ve bought new cookware however he didn’t know and that was not offered . A slumlord running a trashed house. I wish this site would allow me to submit pictures.
