One master bedroom is located on the first floor along with a powder room and inside laundry room. Upstairs you have a large loft area with flat screen TV where you can just take time to chill out and relax away from it all. There are a further 5 bedrooms upstairs including another king master ensuite, queen bedroom and three newly renovated Disney themed bedrooms, Frozen/Pirates/Mickey Mouse. Outside you have a screened in patio and pool, perfect for entertaining and al fresco dining. There are Smart TVs in the living room, loft, and every bedroom, offering flexible home entertainment for family movie nights or solo streaming. Resort living and prime convenience abound at this Solterra Resort retreat. Located within minutes of championship level golf and less than 10 miles from Disney, this gated resort community comes packed with on-site amenities designed for endless family-friendly entertainment, with features including a sprawling pool complex with lazy river, waterslides and poolside cabanas, sports courts and 24-hour fitness center. The Resort HOA charges a "Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee" of $45 per group stay for access to the onsite clubhouse amenities. This is effective September 1st 2023, and is payable separately on arrival at the Clubhouse reception desk. Currently the resort main pool, lazy river, spa and surrounding aquatic areas are closed for refurbishment until mid-December 2026. The resort still has plenty to enjoy, including the Lawn, outdoor recreation, daily activities, evening entertainment and Café Sol.
