Other Things to Note:

Self-Catering Home: This is a self-catering vacation home. We provide a complimentary starter kit of supplies (one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, soap) to get you settled. Please plan to purchase your own groceries and personal toiletries for the duration of your stay.

Towels: We provide bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels for the maximum capacity of the house. Washcloths are considered a personal item, and we recommend bringing your own.

Housekeeping: The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee of $349.

Trash Disposal: Please place your trash in the resort dumpster daily to help keep the home clean and tidy.

Pool & Spa Heat: Pool and spa heating is optional and can be added for $35 per day (2-day minimum). This must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool and does not have jets. The heater may not reach optimal temperatures during very cold weather; refunds cannot be offered in these conditions.

BBQ Grill: A BBQ grill with a propane tank can be rented for your stay for $100 for up to one week.

Child-Friendly Items: A Pack 'n Play and a high chair are available free of charge upon request. A child safety fence is installed around the pool.

Package Deliveries: The postal service (USPS) does not deliver to vacation homes. Please use a trackable service like UPS, DHL, or FedEx for any online orders. We are not responsible for any issues with package deliveries.



Interaction with Guests:

We manage this property ourselves and are dedicated to providing you with our personal attention for a clean, well-stocked, and wonderful stay. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but we are available via phone or message should you need anything at all.
