The condo was as described just different from the pictures. It was very large, clean and comfortable. The communication through the resort was very efficient. We had trouble connecting to the WiFi and therefore could not use our baby monitor. The resort got very full towards the end of our stay and we heard a lot of noise from the people around us and outside. Overall it was a nice place to stay with great amenities for kids.

Family Vacation

The resort was very nice, I loved the pool with the poolside bar and the kids enjoyed the water park. We also enjoyed the arcade and the different restaurants. I was able to choose my room with the lake view and it was perfect. We even got to enjoy a firework show. We were only minutes away from Universal which was perfect.

Great Times Were Had!

We had a great stay at this resort and couldn't have planned it any better. The staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The condo was very nice and had everything we could ask for. There were restaurants available and bars for drinks. Lots of options for the different pools on the property. Would definitely recommend and super easy to get to and from Sea World. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Awesome property! Conveniently located to Universal, ICON park, and Sea World. Also, the Dr. Phillips area is a pretty nice area as well. I wish the information about the cost of the water park was disclosed, as well as other on property amenities. This was my first Westgate stay and I’ll definitely be back!

Went for a day at SeaWorld, but discovered that that the resort had SO MANY AMENITIES ( stuff for all ages ) that are just as fun as any theme park. We plan to return for a week in the summer :))

Great stay for family of four

My wife & I stayed here while I was in town for a conference. The location was extremely convenient to the Convention Center, and it took us 15 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom on our Disney day. The walking trail, game room, swimming pools, and convenience store were excellent amenities for my wife to utilize to keep our small children occupied. We would definitely consider staying here again when our travels bring us back to Orlando. Thanks!

I was in Orlando for work and my husband and son came down to spend the weekend. While booking, i added a note that my husband would be checking us in and that was overlooked which caused additional waiting while he contacted me and I contacted the host, Jake. Jake resolved the issue very quickly but it would've been better if it hadn't happened. This is a resort with time shares. There was a link in our check in email for discounted park tickets if you attend a 90 minute tour and Jake called during our stay to try to get us to attend the tour as well. If it had not been for these minor annoyances, I would give 5 stars in all categories.The condo is clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location is central for the parks. The resort is very large with thousands of people. Our building was mostly quiet and you didn't realize there were that many people around unless you went to the main building area. We didn't visit any pools since it was a short weekend stay and we went to the parks. (It was very nice that they didn't require a 7 night booking.) The onsite sports bar, convenience store and ice cream shop were greatly appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay even though it rained the whole 2 days we were there. An indoor pool would’ve been nice because we couldn’t swim due to the weather. Thankfully there are other fun indoor activities to do like bowling & an arcade. Great resort! Helpful, friendly staff! Large unit that fit our family of 6 perfectly!

Great stay, but issues with room keys!

I would normally have given the overall 5 stars, but twice we had issues with our room keys not working, the first time being right when we checked in. I had to drive back to the office to get them rescanned again. The second time was when my young son really had to use tge bathroom and ended up going in the bushes. The room itself was really nice and clean. It looked like it was just recently remodeled. The AC and all the appliances worked great, too.We would definitely stay again!

Great pools, restaurant and shop. Helpful and friendly staff. Location good for most attractions, using Uber but not so easy to walk out. Apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Lovely view of the lake. Would definitely stay here again. Only minor inconvenience was the archaic finance system which meant we were messaged to attend the reception to settle account every time we charged anything to the room. Aldo even when we had already paid.

Nice accomodation with spacious 2 bedrooms 2 bath, full kitchen, living and dining areas, even a full washer/dryer. All the conforts of home. My only complaints are the elevator was not operable more than once which was an inconvenience considering we were on the 6th floor. The other issue was the foul smell of WEED as we walked down and around the building(s) and throughout property!!

It was an amazing place and location. We stayed here specifically for the amenities and it being so close to Sea World. The host communicated well. We even had to last minute add another day and was easily accommodating. This was not enough reason to dock a star, but we had to move to another room for our extra night, which was nerve wrecking as we had less than two hours to do it because check out is around 10, but we also wanted to leave at a specific time for Seaworld. We still got it done and that room was better because the bed on the first place (master king), was super soft and needs replacing. Still a great place. Will book again.

A lilttle dissapointment

I like the room. my kids enjoyed the stay. A little dissapointment in the first day of stay. we brought the attention in the front office that the master bedroom have a big water stain on the sheets from the ceiling. and we waited for that night since they said fresh sheets are coming 2nd call in the 2nd day morning. no one bring us. till we got back from disney still not replace. Last night of stay when we get our nee bed sheets. other than that all is awesome.
