No issues with the staff when checking in, but the front office did not have AC, and she told me that if anything was wrong with the room, to come back and she would change rooms for me. She handed me two towels, one of which was white and the other was blue/orange i.e. bleach stained, and gave me the remote for the room. She made me leave a cash deposit of $20 to ensure you bring the room key, two towels, and remote back. The room itself was overall poor quality but all I cared about was the bed and lack of bugs and was only staying one night so didn't switch rooms. Five stars on lack of bugs. The beds were probably the most intact furniture in there. But there were holes in the walls, crayon everywhere, stains on the walls and carpeting, the drawers were all dryrotted, missing tracks, overall nonfunctional. Large chunks of tile missing from the bathroom floor, a hole in the tub itself was just patched up with tape, complete chunks of trim missing from around the door frames, and the sink's plumbing underneath was so poorly connected that it drained out onto the floor under the sink so profusely that you wouldn't even think there was plumbing there in the first place. There were two refrigerators because the one that was in the cabinet didn't work and they decided instead of taking that one out and putting the new one in, they would just leave it and put a second on a broken table next to the cabinet. The neighbors and surrounding area was super shady.

The guy who worked last night was extremely rude and there was roaches in my room and blood on the sheets worst stay ever. Roaches in the mini fridge bathroom was cleanish at least. Would definitely not recommend.

When we arrived to check in, the office was closed. There was a note on the door asking check-ins to go to their sister hotel. We went to the sister hotel, and their office was closed as well. The phone number to The Keys did not work and no one answered when I called the sister hotel. I paid for a hotel I couldn’t stay at.

This place is the dirtiest hotel. We arrived signed in went to room and it Stunk like Mold and Pot. The carpets were sticky and stained as were their walls. Room had cockroaches and the tub well was dirty with cigarettes stains. We went to front desk asked about towels and they said because of low price no towels. They had guest from 2nd floor yelling obscenities mens underwear hanging from pipe and they threw a pair of their pants down at us. Obviously we did not stay. Their front desk person is a liar lacking people skills. Run like heck from this Dump. UN SAFE. If they try and send you to their sister hotel up the road dont go. Its sad that the owners of this establishment is just worried about money over cleanliness or guest relations. It the motel needs to be shut down. No towels no toilet paper not a single good thing can be said about this dump not stay ref refund us our monies.
