This single story 5 bedroom home is situated in a very quiet location making this home very private. It features 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom. The home is comfortable and has been tastefully refurbished for your enjoyment. It offers a good sitting area which is situated around the main flat screen TV which also has a DVD player. There is ample dining space for all your family and a stylish kitchen with granite countertops which is fully equipped with all essentials such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker. There is a laundry room for your convenience and the home is fully air conditioned.

The kids will be sure to enjoy the pool table and of course outside is your sparkling, very peaceful pool and deck area which backs o to conservation making it a nature lover???s paradise. The pool can be heated if needed and the deck is fully furnished with patio table and chairs, not to mention sun loungers for those lazy days. This home offers great space making it an ideal home if more than one family staying and we're sure that you will feel right at home here.

Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating. Please inquire about this add-on if the option is of interest.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
