Room by room description:

Living room

The living room includes two couches and a coffee table. It has a simple layout with enough seating for several guests and connects directly to the main areas of the home.

Kitchen & Dining

Fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, and a full set of dishes/cutlery. Dining table seats 8 (plus counter seating for 4).

Primary Bedroom (Master)

King bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, closet space, dresser, fresh linens and extra pillows provided.

Second and Third Bedroom

Queen bed, dresser, bedside lamps, TV, closet. Comfortable for adults or kids.

Fourth bedroom

Two Bunk beds, TV, dresser, perfect for kids.

Bathrooms (3)

Clean, stocked bathrooms with fresh towels, shampoo/soap, hairdryer, and basic toiletries.

Outdoor Space

Private fenced patio with a private pool, lounge chairs, dining table, and BBQ grill. Pool is maintained regularly. Pool gate is lockable for safety.

Paradise Palms Rules: Any mail with tracking numbers are considered packages.
30LB less - $10 per package
Oversized packages athose weighing over 30 pounds are not accepted at the clubhouse.
Packages will be held for up to 30 days. Packages not picked up within the time limit may be discarded.

POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $35 per day.
- Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
- Temperature will not exceed 95F.
- Must be requested 48h in advance.
- Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
