At this stylish 4-bedroom retreat, it’s always 5 o’clock, and the only thing on your to-do list is to live your vacation life to its very fullest.



This new construction, end-unit home guarantees the very best of modern amenities and private experiences, a prime location within in the resort featuring no neighbors to the right of the property. You can already picture yourself lounging on the comfortable Adirondack seating out on the back patio, sipping on refreshing cocktails or frozen delights prepared right in the comfort of home.



While at Margaritaville, you’ll be just half a mile from Sunset Walk, putting you within walking distance to this amenity-packed destination offering an abundance of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and much more. For a day filled with water-themed adventure, the Island H2O Waterpark contains thrilling rides and slides for kids and the kids-at-heart alike. Just for the adults, the Formosa Wine Company is a short walk away where you can plan a tasting and stroll through the serene vineyards. If you’re planning on visiting the theme parks for a day or two, you’re conveniently located a short drive from the front gates of Disney, Universal, and Legoland, among all the rest.

Snag a high-top stool at the island to snack on a spread of afternoon hors d’oeuvres or gather around the table for formal dining and family games, with trendy chair and bench-style seating for 7.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 a king size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. No oversized or commercial vehicles.

• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. A daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.



Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H2O Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
