The property was clean but not maintained. The towel bars and tp holders were all falling off the walls. There were sharp nails sticking out of the stair treads. The blinds in the living room didn’t open. The worst item was the front door lock. We arrived back from a very late night a Universal and the knob would not open. We were stuck outside for 2 hours at 230 in the morning. The host finally responded to multiple requests and simply told us to re-enter the code. We finally got the door to unlock, and the host told us that people have had trouble with it in the past. If we were not the first to have trouble , maybe it should have been replaced or repaired. At least change the battery and possibly that would help. Again, the property was clean and large enough for all of us to sleep so it did serve the purpose. It fulfilled the minimum standards.
