Relax and unwind at this spacious and sunny villa, with your very own private pool overlooking a lush, green forest, and no rear neighbors. In one of the closest communities to Disney (10 min drive), enjoy access to dozens of restaurants, a 24-hr Walmart and more! This home has 2800 sq ft of living space with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and large living, dining, and kitchen areas. Enjoy complete privacy when using our fully screened-in pool, as this house backs into a beautiful conservation area with no other houses behind us. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of $35/night.

For your safety, we are following the SAFEHOME VRHP/VRMA cleaning guidelines to disinfect and sanitize the home between stays. Our pool is operated and maintained as per CDC guidelines.

- Swimming Pool: 30' x 12' pool, 3-5 feet deep with superior sanitation system. Pool heating is available at extra cost of $35 per day.
- Outdoor: south-facing patio with plenty of sun, view of a beautiful conservation area and screened-in enclosure preventing bugs and mosquitoes
- BBQ Grill: free to use - you must supply your own fuel and clean after use
- Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap supplied
- Child friendly: 2 Pack-n-Plays with crib sheets, high chair, stroller and optional safety fence around pool available

I stayed here April 21-25, 2024 with my man. It was very clean and comfortable stay and a HUGE house. I will definitely stay here again and it was close to ALL the parks, restaurants and shopping.

Perfect for a family vacation!

We had the best time staying here! The property was clean, had everything we needed for our kids of every age, and it was the perfect distance to drive to a Disney park each day. The home is the perfect size for a large group (we had a group of 7 but several more could comfortably fit), and the amenities were just perfect. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back again!

Family reunion

My family and I were able to enjoy Disney, just a few minutes away from this location. It conveniently had a fenced in pool, pool table and foosball and 5 bedrooms plus 4 bathrooms! Even with the whole family there we all had our own space to enjoy and wind down after a long day. I’d highly recommend this home to any family looking to get together and enjoy! We will definitely be back next year for another reunion and hopefully the year after that!

Disney 2025

We enjoyed our stay! The floor plan is perfect for a large family. We had 5 adults and 3 kiddos. We used all the space and enjoyed being able to spread out after a long day at Disney. The game room was enjoyed by the kiddos for sure. Communications with the hosts was prompt and professional. Large Walmart near by was super helpful for groceries and other essentials. Convenient location to the theme parks, and not a long distance at all. Neighborhood was clean and quiet.

Home away from home!

What can we say? The moment we walked through the door with our 7- and 11-year old sons, we decided we did not want to leave Florida! Just steps away from Disney and Universal, tons of shopping and restaurants- this home is in the BEST location! This home is clean, modern and so functional for a large or small family. With an enclosed pool, pool table, games and cable TV...there were days we just enjoyed being at home! We definitely felt at home here!!

great vacation

wonderfull place to stay in. Check in process one of the easiest i have ever gotten.For accuracy what you see is what you get it is even better than in the pictures.. Location for us was great 14 minutes to disney. property manager we had a little hicup but life is never perfect. Owners even phoned us to make sure if we needed anything,that was very considerate.Cleaniles was very good the only reason i am giving this a 3 star is that lets just say a pest control cie needs to come and spray inside the house. overall yes I would come back and the pool was great.

Good experience

The layout of the house and the pool was great but the house needs a good cleaning. I am not sure if the owners of the house know. Had to go to Walmart and buy a coffee pot. The one they had did not work. Did not use it but the crockpot's knob was broken off. The fry pans were scratched.

Perfect spot for Disney vacation

Came down with my family for a Disney vacation. Property owner: -Kyle is VERY quick with responses to any questions you may have. -Kyle welcomed us on first day and Checked in on second day to ensure everything was all set at house. -He also thanked us for staying on our last night. Parks/restaurants/stores: -Disney parks/springs are all a short distance away and perfect spot to get away from it all -Convenient to many different restaurants- highly recommend Fords garage for burgers and atmosphere. -Walmart very close by and it’s a super-center. We used online shopping and pick up service and it was perfect. House: -great set up and everyone had their own space/bathrooms. - pool and lanai area nice and private - all amenities you would need were there - only con (as many others stated) all the bedroom rugs has stains and need replacement. -washer/dryer came in handy - safe area and private with no house behind you. Highly recommend to stay here for a family vacation/Disney vacation.

Met our needs

We spent a ERY busy 5 days in Orlando; which meant we were only in the property in the evenings. That said, it was a great property for our group of 8 to be able to come home, relax, destress, and get ready for the next day. Having the pool was such a relaxing thing after pushing hard all day at Disney (2 days), Universal (2days), and Kennedy Space Center. No hotel rooms could have provided the convenience and comfort of what we had with this property.

Perfect for a large family

This house is nice and accommodates a large family. It is close to the Disney parks and about a 30 minute drive to Universal. The pool was great for the grand children and the game room was a plus! The owners were always in communication when needed and quick to respond.

Family Disney trip

There were 7 of us in our group. After long hot days at Disney we relaxed in and enjoyed the pool. Plenty of room to spread out and visit. Game room was very well equipped with toys and games for all ages.

80% of our family lives in Florida but we meet in Orlando for extended family vacations. Property was dirty with grime on doors and rug from numerous previous guests. Lots of mold around inside and out which needs to be cleaned frequently in Florida! Lanai and house need overall better maintenance. Missing common cooking pans. Provided feedback to owners as they may not be aware of these items. We would stay there again if these items are addressed.

Disney vacation

Awesome home! Plenty of room for my family of 10. Kids really enjoyed the game room and the pool. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting Disney.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive, and the neighborhood was very nice. The location was wonderful! Everything we wanted to do was only a short drive away. I would stay here again!
