Near Disney - 2 Master King, Pool, Hot Tub, Games, Deck Overlooking Lake!

  • Luxurious house at Rolling Hills. 4.5 miles to Disney. Excellent location next to Disney.
    Bedding arrangements are TWO King master suites w/ en-suite baths. Two twin beds in bedrooms three and four sharing a hallway full bath .
    TV's in Family Room and ALL bedrooms. TV in Family Room is 65 inch smart TV.
    Pool and deck overlook lake.
    Games equipment in garage: pool table and foosball.
    Pets welcome. Free Wi-Fi.
    Great location for Disney area vacation.
    Pool heat is optional at $40 per night for number of nights’ house reserved.
    * Pool heater subject to weather conditions. Not available if temperature is below 60 °F (15 °C) to prevent the unit from freezing.
    Absolute maximum occupancy 8 persons.
    Hot Tub heated free of charge. Tiled throughout the house.
    Free Wi-Fi.
    Pets considered -please mention when inquiring $100 per pet per stay. Maximum 2 pets.
    Pool heat & 2nd pet fee if required will be billed separately.

This is a wonderful property to stay at. Clean, good space and a fabulous pool and hot tub. Our hosts were great and checked in with us during our stay. We forgot to ask for the pool to be heated and they got right on it and the pool was nice and warm by that evening. Definitely recommend this place 10/10

We stayed march 6th to 10th 2026. The house was amazing! We spent every moment we could in the pool and hot tub. Everything you need for cooking and doing cleanup was there. So close to disney theme parks and old town Kissimmee. Definitely will be our go to house when visiting florida!

We are a family of six (2 adults and 4 kids), and this home worked out great for us. We spent most of our time at Disney, so we weren’t at the house a lot, but it was the perfect place to come back to and relax after long days at the parks. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family to spread out. Communication with the host was excellent—very quick and easy. Overall it was a great value and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We’ve just returned from the most magical stay in this gorgeous 4-bedroom villa that had everything we could possibly need for a perfect Florida getaway — and then some.The private pool was an absolute dream after long days at the parks and the location was perfect - genuinely close to Walt Disney World but tucked away in a peaceful area where we could properly relax.The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, comfy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and some very thoughtful little touches - the welcome sign was such a lovely surprise! But what truly made this stay special were the hosts. They were absolutely fabulous from start to finish — friendly and responsive and it’s clear they take very good care of their property and their guests.If you’re looking for a fun, relaxing, sunshine-filled stay in Kissimmee with amazing hosts, this villa is an absolute gem. We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was comfortable, clean, and inviting and communication with the host was excellent and immediate. The rules and restrictions were not at all overbearing but instead reasonable and understandable. The pool and hot tub were our favorites, they gave us a great opportunity to relax and have fun between times at amusement parks. We would surely stay at this property again!

Thank you letting us stay! The listing was just as described. It was great to come back and relax after spending the day at Universal. We enjoyed the hot tub each night! The kids also really enjoyed playing pool in the garage. Definitely recommend staying here if you want space to spread out and having a nice quiet setting!

Lovely Vacation Home

Me, my husband and 22 yr old son stayed here for the second time. We love the proximity to the parks, the pool and hot tub. I like to walk in the evening and I felt safe and the neighborhood is very quiet. I even met a few neighbors walking their dogs. Had a great stay!

Nice place close to parks

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and the pool was awesome. Having two master suites was perfect for us as well. Definitely had a good time.
