Located MINUTES FROM DISNEY it features a beautiful clean spacious living room with access to your very own private pool. With a fully equipped kitchen and a large central island has everything you need for at home dining. You can also enjoy a great relaxing day at the community pool and lazy river just a short walk away. This is not a regular townhouse but a vacation destination close to all Orlando has to offer where you can kick back, relax and enjoy your stay. I am not going to bore you with in depth features of the house, just know that it is always clean, always cozy, always functioning, and has everything you need.

• Pool heat is an optional amenity. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of US$25. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 70 - 80ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
• TV/INTERNET/SATELLITE: No refund shall be given for number of devices, outages, content, or lack of content or personal preferences with regard to cable/internet/satellite service. Services are provided as a convenience only, and are not integral to the rental agreement. No refund shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to service.
• AIR CONDITIONING: We set A/C temperatures between 72ºF-78ºF and set to Auto/Cool position. Any lower setting will cause the A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit - SUBJECT TO PENALTY.
• There are two assigned parking spaces in front of the house. Please follow community parking rules to avoid your car being towed.

21st Birthday Celebration
I surprised my daughter and her friends with a 21st birthday celebration. The property was large enough to accommodate everyone. There were 8 extra people including myself. The pool was an added plus as they went swimming at night and enjoyed hanging out by the pool. The ease of check-in was a plus and we were able to come and go without any problems. I would reserve this space again if I were to have another small gathering.

What an amazing home for a Vacation Getaway!
We came to celebrate my son's birthday and wanted a home that had the comforts of our own home but was close enough to parks, sights etc. This home is kept very well! The host is super responsive to any messages or concerns and its fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Will be coming back for sure! And will recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay !

Overall stay was great. House is in a great location for Disney. Host communication was excellent. House wasn’t as clean as expected, carpets were stained House felt muggy at times but I think that’s expected in Florida. Couples things that would have made the stay better would have been some updated towels and a BBQ grill.

Nice place
My family of 5 and our dog just stayed here for 4 nights and we really enjoyed ourselves! The blinds in the main room need fixed as they dont close, the screen above the pool is torn and should be fixed as it lets in leaves and bugs.. or at least a net should be provided. But we still enjoyed the pool and lanai area. The vents in the home need to be cleaned, especially the ones in the master bath and kitchen. But other than that the place was amazing! Clean house, comfy beds, lots of space! Stocked well enough for us. Though a hand towel in the kitchen would be nice. We stopped at publix for anything we needed. There is a clubhouse fee which I didnt know about ahead of time. Just over $37 for our family for the whole stay, so not too terrible. The clubhouse pool is wonderful!! The host was responsive, friendly and helpful with my questions. It's a nice area, about 20 minutes (with good traffic conditions) from all things Disney. We were honestly sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Great communication
Our host was very communicative, and that made the experience much easier. However, the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. From the floors, to the linens, to the dirty plates and silverware, we did not love that aspect of the stay. Other than that, it was comfortable, spacious. And located in a good spot to get pretty much anywhere you'd need.

The house was clean but had a few issues, for one the toilet seats need to be replaced. The air conditioner needs to be checked, because for you all to be living in Florida and you can’t change the temperature down pass 72 is a problem

Great atmosphere and easy check-in.
Great communication with Ashley. She let us know prior to checking in of the issues the last tenants caused, wasnt anything major (screen door damaged, carpet staining). There were pictures missing from the walls that had holes for hanging. I notified her after arriving and someone took remote control batteries! Wow! The cleanliness was not good, and to be a newer development, it was poorly done. Hairs all over bathroom floors, was not swept or mopped, dishes missing, walls are thin so you can hear everything the neighbors are doing, caulking in the bathrooms was sloppy, and upstairs master shower door leaks water all over floor when opening. We had to make sure it remained closed at all times, getting out quickly and close it immediately. As for the furniture in the unit, the downstairs master bed is extremely low to the floor, not great for tall people, bedrooms with bunkbeds have blocks underneath, so anytime someone sits, they slide off causing the beds to lean. Couldn't use them because we were afraid of our family members getting hurt (children especially). They ended up staying with other family in another unit nearby. Overall, it was a place to lay our heads after a long day at disney parks. The indoor pool was nice to have, and the waterpark for the subdivision was ok, just expect it to be crowded and limited parking. Ashley was great! She notified us on issues, and responded immediately, which made communication a big A+! Thank you for opening up your home!

Hosts are fantastic
The kitchen is fully stocked. You aren’t going to have to worry about cooking or having supplies you need while you’re there. Seriously, it was great! The house is open and welcoming. The location is fantastic. Community pool was awesome with daily activities for the kids. More than anything the hosts were incredibly understanding, and easy to reach with issues. We had some accidental damage, thankfully we had insurance, and they were very understanding when it was reported. They are great hosts, and if you need them they are easy to reach and otherwise leave you alone to enjoy your vacation. Which is great. I was concerned about needing to leave the AC set to 72 or above as it was swelteringly hot in Florida when we went. It wasn’t a problem at all. The AC kept the house at 72 unless the dryer was running, then the upstairs would go up a few degrees but it never went over 75. We had fans and put them on us at night and it was totally fine. If you’re like us and the AC makes you hesitate, I just wanted to mention it really wasn’t an issue for us, so don’t let that stop you! The upstairs floor was creaky and the rugs and walls need a little TLC- previous reviews were accurate about that and screens missing - but the owner did say the rugs were being cleaned, screens replaced etc. were being taken care of and they arrived right after my stay so I imagine those are no longer an issue. The owners are great hosts. This is a great home for kids.

Everything We Needed!
A nice, well supplied, condo that was perfectly situated for what we needed. The community pool was awesome for the kids during our down time from Disney. The owner has supplied highchairs, strollers, and games for the young ones which is very considerate! The kids loved their rooms with the bunkbeds and Disney themes! We had some issues with getting the TV in the living room going, but with TV's in every room, it wasn't really a big deal (too much going on for sitting around and watching TV anyway!). The check-in and check-out were a breeze as we received an email with all the information we needed for the condo and to access the community amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Great family property.
Everything was as described. We did have an AC issue but the property owner had it fixed as soon as possible and the rest of our stay went without problem. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice and Quiet Townhouse
The townhouse was about 15-20 minutes from Disney and 30-45 minutes from Universal Studios. Quiet neighborhood and lots in the area for food, shopping, and delivery. Townhouse was clean, comfortable and had all of the items you would need for a stay (coffee maker, dishes, silverware, towels, etc.). They were also very accommodating with my dogs. Enjoyed the pool and would stay again!

This place was nice, clean and perfect for our family. The resort pool was a short 5 min walk which I appreciated. Their were some screens missing/torn from the private pool but the owner mentioned that they were getting fixed. The beds were clean and comfy. I really enjoyed my stay

Day of check two bathrooms were not cleaned properly, rug throughout entire home needs to be changed, walls throughout entire home are dirty with markings everywhere. In need of a major paint job.
