Housekeeping:
Our home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival to ensure a spotless experience. Daily housekeeping is not included, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

Pool & Spa:

The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets. It can only be heated when the entire pool is heated, maintaining the same temperature.

The pool heater works via heat exchange and may be less effective in very cold weather. Refunds are not available if the pool doesn’t reach the desired temperature under these conditions.

For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off during cold weather to prevent damage; it will resume automatically.

Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Crystal Cove Retreat is typically conducted weekly on Mondays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

Florida is a magical place! It offers a perfect weather that attracts millions of tourists. The houses have screens on the windows and pools that prevent the entry of animals.

PARKING
• Crystal Cove has a towing policy in effect. This means that parking on the street will not be tolerated and will result in the towing of your vehicle at your own cost.
• Parking violations include; Parking on the Street, Impeding any portion of the sidewalk and Parking on the Grass. Clubhouse Parking is for guests only, Anyone Parked in these spaces between 8 p.m to 6 a.m is subject to towing.
• Don't risk being towed and park on the Driveway!

TRASH
• Trash bin collection day is Thursday, and the recycling bin collection is Wednesday. The automated truck can only empty bins that are placed within 4 feet of the curb with the handles facing away from the road with the lid closed.
• Per Osceola County Code of Ordinance, please place your carts at the curb no earlier than 6:00 p.m. on the night before your scheduled collection and no later than 6:00 a.m. on collection day.
• Remove carts promptly from the curb after collection.
• All trash or recycling must be inside the cart (none on top of or beside the cart)
• There should be about 4 feet of clearance around each cart placed curbside in order for the trucks to use the mechanical arm.
• The carts should be placed away from your mailbox, parked cars, and low-hanging tree limbs.
• The handles should be facing your house, and the arrows on the lid should be pointed toward the street.
• Please ensure trash is put out correctly and the bins returned to the garage or trash enclosure no later than the evening of collection day.
• Violation fees will be incurred if bins are out on non-collection days.

CLUBHOUSE
• A Clubhouse, Swimming pool, and Playground are available to all, they are only accessible with an access card. The Swimming pool and Playground are open 8 a.m to dusk, any Children under the age of 16 must be supervised. The Clubhouse is open from 6 a.m till 8 p.m
