Amenities may include (subject to community rules/hours/capacity): heated pools, lazy river, water slides, fitness center, game room, restaurant/bar, sports courts, and more.
Gate registration required:
All drivers must present a valid driver’s license or government-issued ID at the gate. Before arrival, please send the full list of guests (first & last names) so we can pre-register your group and help generate gate access. An orange pass is issued at the gate and must remain visible on the dashboard.
The Neighborhood:
ChampionsGate Resort is a gated, family-friendly community with a true resort vibe and excellent amenities. You’re a short drive to Orlando’s top attractions.
Approximate drive times (traffic varies):
• Disney: 15–20 min
• Universal: ~30 min
• SeaWorld: ~25 min
• Orlando Intl Airport (MCO): ~35 min
• Restaurants/groceries: 5–10 min
Getting Around:
Free on-site parking is available. A car is recommended for flexibility, with easy access to I-4 for theme parks, outlets, and Orlando attractions. Uber/Lyft are allowed, but drivers must comply with gate registration rules. Public transit options may include Amtrak (Kissimmee/Winter Park) and local bus routes (check transit apps).
Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in 4:00 PM | Check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in / late check-out are not available due to turnover logistics.

Towels & linens: Bath towels and bed linens are provided. For hygiene reasons, face towels/washcloths are not provided.
Optional pool heat: $40/day | 2-night minimum | request 48 hours before arrival. Not effective when outdoor temps are below 70°F (21°C). Swimming pool (not a hot tub). No refunds due to weather/temperature expectations.
Parking/HOA: Free parking. No parking on grass or blocking sidewalks. No commercial vehicles. HOA rules are strictly enforced and towing may occur at guest’s expense.
Packages: USPS may return packages. Recommended carriers: Amazon/UPS/FedEx/DHL. We’re not responsible for returned/delayed/undelivered packages.
House rules: No smoking, no parties/events, no pets. Violations may result in fees (up to $500) and/or removal per community rules.
A digital house manual is shared before arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
Self check-in via keypad. A personalized door code is provided before arrival—no office visit needed. We’re available via platform messaging before, during, and after your stay. If anything needs attention, please message us as soon as possible (ideally within the first few hours of arrival) so we can resolve it quickly.
