1. Registration & Access
All guests must register to access the property.
Drivers: must check in at the Ramco gatehouse with a valid driver’s license.
Non-drivers: must present valid photo ID or passport.
Guests receive an orange pass for access to The Oasis Club & The Retreat Club (photos not accepted).
Ride-share drivers (Uber/Lyft) must show a valid driver’s license.
Parking passes must be displayed on dashboard; barcodes must be visible from the rear window to avoid towing.
2. Parking
Free parking on property.
Do not park on grass or block sidewalks.
No commercial vehicles allowed.
3. Pets
No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in eviction without refund.
4. Private Pool Heating (Optional)
$40 per day, minimum 2 nights
Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
Heater may take up to 24 hours to reach maximum temperature (95°F / 35°C)
Not effective in very cold weather; no refunds if desired temperature is not reached
5. Supplies & Cleaning
Professional cleaning before and after check-in is included.
Mid-stay cleaning available upon request (extra cost).
A starter kit is provided (hand soap, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, dish sponge). These supplies will not last your entire stay; please restock as needed.
6. Package Deliveries
Use DHL, FedEx, or Amazon for reliable deliveries.
USPS often does not recognize vacation rental addresses and may return packages.
We are not responsible for delivery issues.
7. Reporting Issues
To ensure your stay is perfect, please report any issue within 4 hours of arrival (cleaning, damages, or malfunctions) so we can resolve it promptly.

You'll also find a fitness center, a game room, and various sports courts within the community. A variety of dining options and shops are available nearby to cover all your needs.

Getting Around:
Our property is conveniently located near major attractions and offers easy access to various transportation options. While we offer free parking on-site, here’s some helpful information for getting around: Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 30 miles away. Public transportation options, including bus services, are available, with details on routes and schedules available at local transit websites or apps. For those arriving by train, Amtrak stations are located in nearby cities like Kissimmee and Winter Park. Travel times to popular destinations are detailed in the 'Distances' section of our listing.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This allows our cleaning team to have sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the home for your arrival.
