GUEST SAFETY & SUPPLIES

Safety First: For your security, there is one front door camera covering the exterior entrance. There are no cameras inside the property.

Starter Pack: To get your vacation started right, we provide a complimentary starter pack that includes: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, and trash can liners.

Recommendation: As the starter pack is limited, we recommend planning to bring additional supplies appropriate for the duration of your stay.

HOUSE RULES & EXPECTATIONS

To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following:

Primary Guest: The individual who made the reservation must be present at the property for the entire duration of the stay.

No Parties: We have a strict no-party policy. Any evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

No Pets Allowed: To keep our home allergen-free and in top condition for all guests (especially in our themed children's rooms), we have a strict no-pet policy.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.

Toiletries: While we provide a starter pack of soap and shampoo, please remember to bring your own personal toiletries, such as toothpaste and toothbrushes.

Rule Compliance: Please respect the home and the resort. Failure to abide by these house rules may result in additional fees or eviction.

DISCLOSURE:
To ensure the safety of the guests and staff, certain outdoor amenities (including but not limited to pools, rooftop terraces, and sports facilities) may be temporarily closed or have restricted hours by the resort management during inclement weather or extreme temperatures.
