NEW 2025 RENOVATIONS: (NEW Photos are now posted)
In January 2025, we completed an extensive renovation project designed to enhance comfort, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal throughout the home.

>> Almost all major walls and baseboards have been cleaned, repaired, and freshly painted. Before painting, we conducted an overall deep clean throughout, including air ducts and vents.
We've updated themed décor throughout the house and added new valances and a backsplash to the kitchen.

>> New High-Quality LVP Flooring: The entire house now features sleek, light, beachy Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, enhancing the tropical theme and providing a clean, modern feel in every room. This update also eliminates concerns associated with carpets, such as stains and allergies.

>> Living Room Transformation:
This update makes a significant difference to the open feel of the house. The built-in entertainment center, which took up a large amount of wall and floor space, has been removed for a more open floor plan. It now features a large 75" QLED TV and wood plank accents on the wall, continuing the beachy theme more consistently. The wood plank wall treatment was also added beneath the chair rail in the Dining Room area to protect the walls and provide a consistent theme.

>> Star Wars Bedroom Update:
We've added very cool, unique Star Wars-themed beds, which really change the look and feel of the room, as well as two brand new high-end Perfect Sleeper Euro Top Twin mattresses.

OVERVIEW:
This 2,900 s.f. 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom floor plan is our absolute favorite! It is bright and spacious with high vaulted ceilings and open family spaces including the Kitchen, Dining Room and large Great Room. 2 King Bed Master Suites have Private Bathrooms with direct access to the covered Lanai area and Pool. A true south facing, Saltwater Pool and Hot Tub allows for maximum sunlight throughout the day.

BEDROOMS:
Master Suite #1:
King size bed with tv. En-suite bathroom with full bathtub and separate shower, long vanity with 2 sinks, large walk-in closet and private door for direct access to the covered lanai area and pool. Charging stations on nightstands. Smart TV.

Master Suite #2:
King size bed with tv. En-suite bathroom with full bathtub/shower, wall closet and private door for direct access to the covered lanai area and pool. Charging stations on nightstands. Smart TV.

Queen Bedroom:
Queen size bed with tv and closet. Located at the front of the house and has the use of an adjacent hallway full bathroom. Charging stations on nightstands. Smart TV.

Twin Bedroom:
2 Twin beds and closet. Charging stations on nightstands. Smart TV.

Full Bathroom:
Adjacent between Twin and Bunk bedrooms.

Bunk Bedroom:
Bunk bed and closet. Bed has full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. Charging stations on nightstands. Smart TV.

KITCHEN, DINING ROOM & GREAT ROOM:
The bright and accommodating, fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area with kitchen table. Adjacent dining area with large dining room table is open to kitchen areas, has tiled floors and high vaulted ceilings throughout. Also, open to these areas is the connected great room which is carpeted. It is furnished for comfort with a large sectional couch, loungers, armchair, charging station and Smart TV.. These areas are all open and brilliantly designed to accommodate group use and entertainment.

ENCLOSED OUTDOOR LANAI/POOL/SPA:
Exit the great room through French doors and enjoy the screened in outdoor areas. The pool, spa and covered lanai have ample deck space for lounging and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather.

POOL/SPA HEAT:
Please let us know if you would like to have the "Optional Pool & Spa Heat" when you request a booking. It is available for $35/night + tax. The pool/spa heat can only be turned on for the full length of your stay, not individual days only.

GRILL:
A Gas Grill is available to rent through our management company for $85 + tax. It arrives before your stay, clean and ready to use and will be removed and cleaned by the management company.

PARKING:
Standard Vehicles:
The Villa driveway can comfortably fit 2 standard car or truck sized vehicles. Street parking is also available in front of the property for additional vehicles if needed.
Larger Vehicles:
Additional parking is also available about a block and a half away at the neighborhood playground park. There are many spaces available around the greenspace to park larger vehicles as needed.

As with most rentals, this is a self-catering villa, so please plan to bring essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and bath soap, as these are not supplied in full for your entire stay.
To make your arrival smoother, we provide helpful "Welcome Packs" with starter supplies:

Coffee/Tea Pack: Includes a coffee sachet, creamers, tea bags, sugar, and sweeteners. Our Hamilton Beach FlexBrew coffee maker can use K-Cups or brew a full pot.

Kitchen Pack: Contains dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, trash bags, a scourer, and a dishcloth.

Bathroom Pack: Features body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a face bar.

Before leaving, we kindly ask for your help with a few tasks:
> Strip sheets and pillowcases from used beds and leave them for washing. Place comforters folded beside beds.
