Conveniently located within eight miles of Disney World, this two-story home offers the perfect home base for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends! This splendid retreat enjoys a great location near restaurants, convenience stores, shopping, and incredible must-visit attractions, including Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Avatar Flight of Passage, Star Tours - The Adventures Continue, and Universal Studios.

This air-conditioned gem enjoys a spacious and beautifully designated open floor plan with high ceilings that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Wind down in the welcoming living area, furnished with an extensive sofa and watch an entertaining movie or series on the smart TV with streaming and cable. The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances needed to prepare delicious culinary masterpieces. A small coffee corner with a drip coffee maker and a Keurig will provide you all with that much-needed daily caffeine dose. Attached to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer/dryer. Once mealtime is over, enjoy a refreshing splash in your very own private pool. The screened pool area offers a fantastic spot to unwind, cool down, and create everlasting memories. A gas grill and an outdoor dining area can be found here as well - ideal for summertime cookouts!

When you are not spending your evenings in the pool, make your way over to the community's hot tub for a soothing bath, or challenge your friends to an entertaining tennis match. There is also a shared game room with a foosball table and a fitness center.

Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms on the main floor and three additional bedrooms upstairs along with a welcoming family room with a smart TV. Located on the second floor, the spacious primary suite features an en suite bath with a shower, a separate soaking tub, and double vanity.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
