The Space:

Soft morning light spills across the living spaces as you drift from a quiet bedroom into open gathering areas designed for both play and relaxation. Children are drawn to the themed rooms that spark imagination, while adults settle into the Avengers loft or the Star Wars game room for movies, games, and conversation. With two levels of indoor and outdoor lounging, the home invites every guest to move at their own pace and enjoy a memorable stay together.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven uniquely themed bedrooms accommodate up to 16 guests. Downstairs, the Blue Sanctuary offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, Toy Story features three twin beds, Disney Princesses provides two twin beds, Alice in Wonderland includes a king bed, Lion King holds two twin beds, Calming Retreat offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and Green Haven presents a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The property includes five full baths plus an additional half bath.



Indoor living

The downstairs living room and dining room flow into each other for easy socializing. The Avengers loft on the upper level is perfect for movie nights or casual lounging. The Star Wars game room combines a pool table, ping‑pong, arcade games, a sound system, a game console, and a private movie‑theater experience. A dedicated workspace, central air conditioning, in‑unit washer and dryer, and a range of exercise equipment—including an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, and yoga mat—keep daily routines simple.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen provides refrigerator, microwave, whirlpool electric stove, stainless‑steel oven, dishwasher, hot‑water kettle, toaster, and coffee makers. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you enjoy meals wherever you feel most comfortable.



Outdoor living

Step onto a private, fenced backyard where a heated year‑round pool and a private hot tub await. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, a patio, and a gas BBQ grill create relaxed spaces for fresh‑air meals and play. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock, free on‑site parking, and additional street parking add convenience.



Neighborhood

Located within Windsor Island Resort, you receive free access to resort‑style amenities such as a large pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, additional hot tub, sports courts, picnic areas, and a clubhouse with arcade games, bar, and lounge. Nearby shopping, dining, and major attractions—including Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios—are easily reachable.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please kindly let us know at least ONE WEEK before check-in date, and we will arrange to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day for the entirety of the stay. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a Ring camera by the front door.
