Sleeping Arrangements

- Master bedroom with a king‑size bed, an ensuite bathroom and room for two guests.

- Bedroom 2 features a bunk bed (twin over full) that sleeps two.

- Bedroom 3 offers a queen‑size bed for two.

- The two secondary bedrooms share a full‑size bathroom, and a half‑bath is conveniently located near the living area.



Living Space

A spacious living area comfortably accommodates the whole family, with a small patio off the room that holds outdoor seating for two. The open layout flows into a dedicated dining space where meals can be enjoyed together.



Kitchen & Dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, a coffee and tea station, and everything needed for simple meals. A breakfast nook provides a casual spot for morning coffee, while the indoor dining area is perfect for family dinners.

Step outside the gated community to a resort‑style pool complete with a slide, a winding lazy river, and an indoor playground that keeps kids entertained for hours. A well‑filled gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice‑cream shop add convenience and fun without leaving the grounds. Access to the community amenity center and clubhouse expands your options for relaxation and recreation.



Location

Located in the beautiful Regal Palms community of Davenport, the townhome sits just off I‑4 and I‑192, putting Disney World and other major attractions within a short drive. Orlando International Airport is about 40 minutes away, making arrivals and departures straightforward.



Important Details

A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day (including tax) applies for up to ten wristbands, regardless of amenity use. Free washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. The property is family‑friendly and ideal for anyone who feels young at heart.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities. IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
