The Space:

Sun filled interiors and a smart layout make this townhome an easy choice for memorable stays. The first floor features a king bedroom with en suite bathroom, a convenient half bath, laundry room, and an open concept kitchen flowing into the dining and living areas. Sliding doors open to a screened pool and outdoor seating overlooking the lake. Upstairs offers two en suite bedrooms including a king suite and a room with two queen beds, plus a twin bedroom and an additional king bedroom sharing a full bath. Guests enjoy access to Festival Resort amenities including a lagoon style pool, splash area, golf course, fitness center with climbing wall, clubhouse, bar and restaurant, ice cream parlor, and general store.



**Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.

We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.



Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.
