Pool Heater:

Pool heat is available for $45 per night plus tax and must be added for the entire stay.

Please note, we turn the heat on one day prior to arrival, as it takes up to 24 hours to reach the maximum temperature.



🌡️ Pool & Spa Heating – Important Information (Winter Months)

Our homes use electric heat pumps to warm the pool water. Heat pumps work by pulling warmth from the outside air, so their performance depends heavily on outdoor temperatures.



How This Affects You:

✅ Best Performance: Heat pumps operate most efficiently when outdoor temperatures are above 60°F–70°F.

⚠️ Reduced Efficiency (Below 50°F–55°F): As temperatures drop, the heater runs longer and may spend more time in defrost mode instead of actively heating the water.



❄️ Cold Weather Limits:

Standard heat pumps may automatically shut off around 50°F.

Low-ambient models may continue operating down to approximately 37°F–40°F, but heating performance will be significantly reduced.

Because we do not control the outside weather, we cannot guarantee a specific water temperature during cold fronts or unusually chilly periods.



💧 Pool Heat Policy

Pool heat is optional and must be added prior to arrival.

Pool heat fees are non-refundable, even if outdoor temperatures prevent the water from reaching typical comfort levels.

During colder months, please understand that the water may feel warm compared to the air but may not reach summer-like temperatures.



🛁 Spa Heating (Shared System Homes)

For homes where the spa shares water with the pool:

The spa will only heat if pool heat has been purchased.

If pool heat is not added, the spa will not heat separately.

The spa is designed to heat temporarily while in use and then return to pool temperature.

We want to be fully transparent so you can make the best decision for your stay. If you are visiting during winter and expect very hot water regardless of weather conditions, a heat pump system may not perform like a gas heater would.

Propane BBQ Grill:

A propane BBQ grill is available for $115, which includes the propane tank.

The world-famous Disney World is just a quick 15-20 minute drive away, making your park visits a breeze. Dining options abound nearby, with a selection of restaurants catering to every taste, all within a 5-10 minute drive. For shopping and entertainment, Posner Park is also within a 10-minute reach, offering a wide array of stores and eateries. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to several golf courses, reachable in about 10-15 minutes. The neighborhood itself is family-friendly, with peaceful streets and well-kept surroundings, providing a welcoming environment for your stay. The location also offers easy access to I-4, connecting you to Florida's stunning beaches and other exciting destinations.



Getting Around:

Navigating from Escape @ Calabay Parc is straightforward. The property provides complimentary parking, accommodating up to two vehicles, which is ideal for guests. For those arriving by air, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is within a comfortable 35-40 minute driving distance. While public transportation isn't extensive in this area, ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available and offer a practical way to get around. The home's strategic location grants easy access to I-4, connecting you to theme parks, dining, and shopping. The Lynx Central Station, a major transit point in Orlando, is approximately a 45-50 minute drive, should you require public transport for longer distances. We recommend planning your transportation in advance to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay, allowing you to effortlessly discover all the amazing experiences Central Florida offers.

House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay, please note the following: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Pets are not allowed. We provide professional cleaning and sanitization before each guest's arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. The minimum age for guests is 21. The property is located at 303 Plumoso Loop, Davenport, FL 33897, USA.
