Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Easy to find it on the 2nd floor, was quiet, and next to all the amenities. Only con was not having enough towels for all our guests. Thankfully we had beach towels with us so we made do.

The host is very kind and responds quickly. This condo was perfect for us!There were a few minor things that needed changing/repairing (kitchen chairs, toilet flush, wallpaper, blinds, door lock...) but nothing that really affected our stay. It's was perfect and I would stay there again for sure!!Thanks!!!

Overall, it was ok. The security at the gate was a bit rude, not the host’s fault. The unit had a musty smell, but it wasn’t dirty. Critter traps on the counter made a me a little uncomfortable. The master bed was just ok. Bring extra blankets or prepare to wash the extra ones that are there bc they will stink from being stored. Another thing that probably couldn’t be controlled is that the ceilings and walls are thin. I heard families early in the morning and it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. It was spacious and certainly made life easier to just throw things down when we got home from the parks. I cannot speak for the pool or anything like that because the temperatures were around freezing the entire time. I left plenty of drinks there for the next person and a shower stool. Not that anyone has to thank me, but a shower stool being available just made the room more appealing to some users. I wouldn’t not stay here again, but I don’t think it would be my first pick. It was a hike to the room, and I was really turned off by the smell.

Bunk beds were super squeaky and pillows weren’t the greatest. My 2 year old found some bug traps on the floor in the kitchen which we didn’t love finding those. Was very appreciative for them having extra fans and toys for the kids! The pack n play they provided definitely needed a good cleaning other than that the check in was easy the pool and little water park were super great! Nice little community to stay at felt super safe

Overall good stay, the place is older and could use a lot of updates. The location was excellent, close to Disney world. Close to food and shopping. I would definitely stay here again. Just needs some updates.

Wonderful stay, close to everything! Plenty of space for family, amenities are great. Pool was warm and spacious. Kids area water was a bit cool, but kids enjoyed. Playground was great and very clean and well designed.Condo was comfortable but could use a bit of maintenance and some updating with paint and wall paper. Not many pan options for cooking,But over all would give it 4.5 stars and would stay again.

The kids loved the Minons bedroom! They also had a blast at the water park and arcade! Thry children enjoyed the crafts they offered as well. Thr gym had just enough to break a good sweat! The rooms were clean and we had a great time! We will definitely be back! Thank you! The host is also very friendly and responds accordingly. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 10/10

We enjoyed it but you have to pay for everything other than swimming. The basketball court, tennis court all of that cost money and you are on a time limit.

The property was very worn, with one of the showers almost not functional due to water pressure. Everyone ended up sharing the master shower. The location and resort amenities are great, but the condo itself, while clean, needs a lot of work. The bed frames/mattresses are creaky and the kitchen chairs feel like sitting directly on springs.

Pictures of the property is accurate, but the conditions are misleading.The property has a oder of dampness and parts of Minions wall paper in the children's room was peeling. The top bunk on one of the beds was loose. There's some kind of sheet covering the door in the living room. The furniture is wore and out dated. The master bedroom window can't be opened, which is concerning in case of a fire. The master bedroom has clothes pins holding up the curtains or valance above the window. The second bathroom has a sign posted, about water possibly leaking in the unit below when taking a shower. On our last night of stay the smoke detector started beeping, I reached out to the on call person about the chirping sound and was instructed to use a bar stool to remove the battery myself. I was told, because it was after hours, someone would be there in the morning, the day of our check out. So we had to listen to the sound all night. if you decide to rent this property or need anything serviced after 10 pm your on your own, unless it's an emergency. I could have removed the battery myself but I was also taking the risk of damaging their property and possibly injuring myself. Perfect!

Place was everything we were hoping for!! Very close to all the Disney places. Pool and area was clean and easy too acces. Furniture was a bit outdated, but we spent most of the time out side anyway. The little store and restaurant were stocked well, and the food was delicious!!

Short trip to Orlando

We we only here for basically 2.5 days late check in people at front gate were great got to condo, had a couple questions and owner got right back to us. The pool was great and we stayed on site to eat at the little market cafe it was good. The kids splash pad was extremely cold disappointed in that because we booked it especially for that’s we had a 1 year old with us but water was freezing but pool water temp was great. Definitely recommend

Location is wonderful for Disney
