Repeated complaints with no proper response

1. Difficult and confusing instruction for entry to the apartment 2. Constant water drops from master bedroom, interfering with sleep at night fixed after more than 3 days of calling and complaining 3. Leaking dishwasher for 25 days out of our 28 days vacation. Supervisor of VACASA said they are not allowed to change the part indicated by plummer. She said that she will request for a compensation for our suffering. As yet, no compensation is in sight. My poor wife spent her vacation by handwashing dirty dishes daily.

Could be better

PROS: Quick response from mgmt when needed, good mattresses and pillows, bright and spacious with open golf course vistas. CONS: Poorly equipped: No baking pan, no coffee filters, no salt/pepper etc., mildew in shower stall (eeww), door lock problems required two calls to mgmt, furnishings and drapes dated and tired. All upholstered chairs and couches so soft you can't sit comfortably. It's clear that this was once a luxury unit, but 20 years later the owners/manager should spend a night or two and see how things age....

DO NOT believe positive reviews or pictures - DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY

Arrived at 4:30 pm despite receiving text at noon that property was “clean” and “available for early check in”. Arrived to find burned out light bulbs, toilet seats completed cracked off of hinges, dirty bandaids and peanut shells on floor, a broken broom, two wine glasses (in a property boasting it fits 10) and one was cracked from top to bottom, stains all over the carpets and BLACK HAIRS all over sheets in master bedroom. Contacted customer service immediately and got no resolution. After suffering through one night, we exited property and cut our trip short. I again emailed and texted all day with customer service, with zero resolution. Spoke to local Operations Manager at 2:30 pm the next day and despite assuring me this would be addressed and he would work on a refund, I have heard NOTHING in over two days. I sent pictures of all issues to all of the above individuals. This place is disgusting. It is poorly run, poorly managed, and poorly cleaned. Absolutely atrocious. We have stayed at Reunion Resort multiple times and have never had this issue. Between the horrendous property condition and the unacceptable and poor customer service from Vacasa and VRBO, I strongly advise you to rent a different property.

Nice stay

Great unit...just a few minor issues, leak (drip) in master bathtub, stained carpet in mast bedroom, a couple of light bulbs burned out ... otherwise, stay was good.

Good Stay in Reunion

We enjoyed are stay in Reunion. The condo was as advertised, and in a convenient location. Plenty of parking and walking trails. The only problem we had was the access code to enter the condo upon checking in. It took us about an hour to get it sorted out. The management company was good and helped us right away. I would stay again, however, I hope that the access code issue is addressed.

Thanksgiving Disney trip

We enjoyed being able to spend time with our family. The location was very convenient for Disney and the condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking our Thanksgiving dinner and just relaxing when not at the parks.

We attempted 2 separate times to get in the place.. waited over an hour gave us wrong code

Sucked DO NOT STAY HERE, not worth it.. want a refund took over an hour to finally get correct code they gave is 4 codes we had all our luggage outside was on hold forever finally they had to call property manager who gave us lock box code to get key, that wouldn’t open, then she gave us another code and finally we got in.. I expected better from a place in Reunion

Very Nice Place

This was a very nice place. They Digital Key did not work and they had to send someone over to fix the key. I only wish someone checked the locks to ensure it was working. We had to wait about two hours before being able to enter the premises.

Holiday Stay

Very nice property just like the pictures. We had a little issue with the code to get in but I called and it was resolved immediately. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!

Great location, beautiful condo! We really enjoyed our stay and really had all the amenities we needed. Not all pools available, but a short drive to the main pool worked out fine. We loved our walks through the area and we were amazed at just how close we were to Disney. FYI take Old Lake Wilson Rd! Not I-4😊

Beautiful and Comfortable

When we arrived the code for the front door didn't work. By calling VRBO we were able to get a work around though, which was good. The condo itself is spectacular. Clean, comfortable and roomy. The patio overlooks the golf course so gives an open vista. Suggested for improvement, the kitchen could be better equipped. There were no baking sheets, only a few coffee cups, only 3 wine glasses and the cooking utensils were not adequate. I put together a meal for adult family members, 7 of us, 4 who were staying in the condo and 3 visiting for the evening, and it was challenging. I realize most visitors are on vacation and eat out, however my family is scattered across the US and having meals together in a home like setting is a great joy for me.

Vacation in Paradise

Really Nice Place!

Check in was very easy and took literally 1 minute. The condo was exactly as advertised. It is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. We had 8 people in our party and stayed for a week. All 3 bedrooms are large and each had their own very large bathroom. All of the appliances worked great, including the washer and dryer, which was used often. We were at the theme parks for most of the days but this was really a great place to come back to. It's really not that far away from the theme parks. It took us on average 15-20 minutes to get there. The only drawback is the traffic on Old Lake Wilson road. It would sometimes back up up to almost a half mile heading south towards the condo. Also getting out of the complex in the morning to get on that main road could be a little tricky as there is a lot of traffic with no traffic light. But as for the place itself, I would stay there again and HIGHLY recommend it.

Nice stay

For the price it was a nice stay for 2-3 families to split the bill. The only thing I would suggest is updating the furniture because so many people have used it that it feels the fluff is gone. The ice machine was not working(but it was ok). I disliked the duvet on our king size bed. It’s almost as the duvet was larger than the actual comforter so all you felt while pulling was the duvet. And it was crazy heavy. More kitchenware variety would have been nice. Overall I will stay again. These are just suggestions that I hope are taken into account but the entire stay was great. Love the main pool.

Condo

Beautiful condo and area. Very easy to book with vrbo. Condo was very spacious and updated kitchen. Pillow were flat, towels were rough to the feel (could use down downey). Sofa cushions were were worn flat . Small improvements will make it a four star.

Great place and the Price is Right

Enjoyed the peacefulness of the Condo. Had everything we needed with plenty of room. Only problem was trying to figure out the TV channels. Needed a channel listing in the unit so you don't have to search each time. Finally I wrote a few on a piece of paper.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in the Kissimmee area!

Absolutely wonderful!!! Loved how spacious this place was! I enjoyed the pool and temp of pool was perfect. We enjoyed the patio that overlooked the golf course and we were right next to a walking path.
