Disney Dream Villa w/Pool 5 Miles to the Parks!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located villa! Just 5 miles from Disney’s Main Gates, this 4 bedroom townhouse with private pool will provide you the space you need while keeping you close to the magic. Newly remodeled and sparkling clean with a fabulous, private patio and heated pool out back. The open floor plan downstairs allows the whole group to hang out together - whether cooking a meal, or winding down after a long park day. The downstairs suite is perfect for a multi-generational travel group - no need to go upstairs! There's also a washer and dryer downstairs. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms including the 2nd primary suite, 2 themed bedrooms, and a full hall bathroom.

Guests enjoy full access to the Encantada Resort's Club amenities such as:
• Fitness Center
• Resort-style Pool
• Gated Community with Attendant

The property has central air conditioning and heating throughout, free Wi-Fi and, Roku TV.

Here are the important details and house rules regarding our property:

All communication should be centralized via the platform through which your reservation was made, as per platform policy, for the safety of both guests and hosts.
Self check-in is available for your safety and convenience. Guests will receive an access code via the guest portal or email (check-in procedures).
Our home is self-catering, and only starter supplies are provided upon arrival. Additional items must be purchased by guests during their stay.
Bedding and bath towels are provided.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $25 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.
Additional services, such as pool heating, are available upon request at least 48 hours in advance, with an associated fee. Please note that pool heating may take a few hours.

Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. The home is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Encantada Resort Resort resort community. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Great communication with the property manager—friendly, responsive, and helpful. The home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. It was a very enjoyable. We went for 3 nights as we were going to Disney World. Very central to supermarkets, restaurants , and Disney parks. I went with my wife, 2 daughters, and our dog. The home has everything you need. Pool is a nice size. Amy was very responsive and accommodating. The home is very comfortable, clean, and cozy. No complaints. We would stay here again. 5 stars 👌

This unit is close to the parks and boasts a beautiful gated community and screened in backyard w/ pool. Plenty of beds for all the family and friends make this place well worth every penny.

Property was very nice,our first night we had no air conditioning, the fuse blew while sleeping, woke up very warm,the pool heater never worked ,manager sent someone to fix air conditioner promptly, home was very nice but we went for the private pool and told them ahead of our checkin so it could be ready,owners are out of town people so left up to management company,wouldnt stay there again

Amy was fantastic to work with and responded within minutes to complete our booking, make arrangements, answer questions, and accommodate special requests! Her home is lovely and was very comfortable for our large family of 8 (adult children and two teens) and pups! The home and private pool were clean and well maintained with many modern updates! The only recommendation I would have is more bath towels (more than one per person) and a few staples, such as salt/pepper. The screened in pool area will be re-screened soon…we weren’t able to have a pup out there with us due to the holes/open flap they could escape from. Otherwise everything was so perfect and would highly recommend staying in Amy’s home! The resort pool/hot tub and bar are amazing! Beautiful well kept resort grounds. Perfect stay!!!

Property is very nice and in a great location close to lots of restaurants and also Disney. Upon arriving and putting our bags in rooms we found a palmetto bug in both one of the upstairs bedrooms and the kitchen. Also the ice machine and water dispenser didn’t work. Called the host manager right away and let her know. She said they spray every so many weeks and sometime you might see a few and noted the broken refrigerator issue. The next day we found several more bugs in the upstairs bedroom. Called the host back and she promptly answered and said she would call her exterminator and the sent me a text he would be out that day. We never saw him and found more bugs that night. My son refused to sleep in the bedroom and I don’t blame him so he slept on the sofa. I texted again the next morning and she said she assumed the exterminator came and that she would check. She texted later that he was there and would be out again that day. Again we never saw him but we weren’t there part of the day. Regardless it never corrected the situation. In addition the pool area needs better maintenance there were weeds all over the pool deck coming through the pavers and many holes in the pool screen. For a premier property I expect much better. I have stayed in several premier properties that have been lovely but would not stay here again. We did receive a $250 refund but there was never any communication as to why or a conversation or apology about the issue, disappointing .

We loved this house. It was close enough to Disney for us with about a 20-30min drive to the parks, the main road can get busy though. Pool option was there but we didn’t use it much after long days at Disney. Rooms were spacious and kitchen had all items we needed. Would definitely recommend to others.

Clean house with all essentials. Other than a glitch with the A/C which was handled by the property manager quickly we had a pleasant stay. Close to the Disney parks as well as shopping. Would rent again!

We had a fantastic time at Amy’s place while visiting Disney. Very convenient to Disney parks and easy access to grocery stores, etc. The house itself was immaculate! Everything was perfectly set up for us when we arrived and in great condition. It looked exactly like the pictures. The pool was awesome for my kids and there was even a little backyard area for them to play on. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone heading down to the Orlando area for vacation!

We loved the proximity to the parks, the furniture, the pool….we would stay here again. My wife left her toiletry bag and they sent us a shipping confirmation almost immediately. Great trip!
