Welcome to our Gorgeous, Bright and Luxury condominium, located in the heart of Kissimmee, near to Theme Parks, Shopping's malls, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, Orlando International Airport and more. Just a minutes from The Loop, a Shopping plaza with a lot of restaurants and stores for all your family members.
Our Condominium has all the comforts you need to feel at home, but in a more relaxing and fun way : WIFI, a living room with a 55" TV, board games, an equipped kitchen, space for your laptop, a cozy space to eat with the family, and comfortable rooms to rest from your exciting day in the parks or destinations of the day.
The Master Bedroom have 1 King size Bed, TV 42", and a private bathroom with a walking closet.
The Second Bedroom have 2 Full size Beds, TV 42", a walking closet and a private bathroom.
The community have 2 Pools to enjoy, an small Fitness center, but with the right equipment for a little exercise and more.

Great hosts.
While the access to the secure property was a little confusing, everything worked as instructions given. Accommodating place to stay but AC in unit was so loud, watching TV or relaxing in the living room was not possible. Great hosts. No problems with communications.

The Center Everything
This condo unit was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed to feel at home! We liked the fact that there was a laundry in the unit because we pack light and it was a great help. We brought the dog and there is a very pet-friendly vibe. Lots of stations to grab bags and throw away waste. The owners were extremely nice and very quick to answer a text. We’d stay in any of their properties. I could say more, but see for yourself! 😉

Perfect location for Disney and nearby fishing
Very spacious condo close to shopping, Big Toho Marina and Disney Parks. Plenty of room for six people and great parking. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Full kitchen and full size washer and dryer. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful Stay
First I must say that Adriana of A&F rentals was wonderful to work with…she was very accommodating to a special situation I had to surprise my wife for her Birthday during this trip. The location and security of the condo is perfect for the Orlando area getting to the parks and other excursions. The condo itself was perfect…beautiful, clean, fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando. Many thanks to A&F for a wonderful trip
