This is a private apartment that you will have complete access to. The pool, hot tub, gym, playground, tennis/pickle ball, and golf course are all shared amenities to the neighborhood. * This is a gated community. You will be required to provide your ID at the front gate and to us through messenger for access to the home.

* You are welcome to bring a pet. A pet fee of $30 per night, per pet, will be applied after the reservation is confirmed, as well as a refundable security deposit of $100. This fee will be requested through the resolution center and must be paid to receive check-in information (Only dogs, no cats).
