Serenity is a gated, eco-friendly community in Clermont, off Highway 27 near the West End of Highway 192, set among natural lakes and conservation land. A 24-hour Walmart sits about a mile away at Cagan's Crossing. Distances by car: Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom) 15-22 min, Universal Studios 28-38 min, SeaWorld 25-32 min, Orlando International Airport (MCO) 35-45 min, Walmart 3-5 min, Vineland Outlets 22-30 min.
A car is the practical way to reach the parks and move around Orlando. The townhome has free on-site parking and quick access to Highway 27 and I-4. Rideshare such as Uber and Lyft works well for nights out without driving.
