Front desk folks were very nice and helpful. The buffet in the morning was busy but they restock very quickly. Close to the park and shuttle worked well, left several times a day. Would stay here again

Was a Convenient stay during our trip to Universal parks. Room was basic but clean and the beds were comfortable . No very nice breakfast. The free shuttle to the parks need it to be booked at the neighbour hotel, but too tired to be walking there after a busy day. We arrange the Uber services and was very cheap.
