We loved this house! Great location! My great grandson love the game room and the pool. It's in a nice quite neighborhood but still close to everything! would definitely stay again!

Conference weekend

Our event was at the Marriott World Center. Travel was about 35 minutes but the price point was PERFECT for us. House was a great choice for us. The 3 baths gave everyone their own “space” and we had room to spare! We would definitely recommend staying here! Rebecca was a great host!

17th Birthday Vacation

7 of us stayed at this wonderful location. The house was clean and perfect for our stay. The host is very receptive and accommodating. The only downside was that one of the burners was not working on the stove and the pool had a lot of tiny bugs that were really hard to fish out. Maybe the pool filtration was not on a high setting. We worked around it so it was fine.

Perfect Space

We enjoyed our 8 night stay at this property! We spent 4 days at Disney parks and it was the perfect location. We loved all the space in the home and the kids loved the pool! We were close to so many restaurant and grocery options. We had an issue and the maintenance person was there within a hour and had it fixed in no time. Everything about the property was easy and convenient.

Cozy, comfortable and spacious

We love how cozy, comfortable and spacious it was for our family. The owner is absolutely sweet she was ok for us to check in before time unfortunately due to road issues we weren't able to make it in until later. We loved that It's in a great area close to a lot of stores and not far from Disney. The only downfall is that the stove only had 1 burner working so cooking was definitely difficult but overall it was a great stay.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay here it was what we needed for just a weekend stay enough space and also a little game room for the kids. The house is very nice needs some updates but we wasn’t to worried about the inside more of it just feeling like a home away from home vibe. It was in the middle of everything we wanted to do and some close stores and restaurants in the area. We definitely will book again in the future!

Relaxing

Comfortable property

We travelled as a family of 4 adults, so we selected this specifically for the location and the number of rooms. We were not disappointed, the rooms were well laid out to give us all enough privacy when we wanted, the beds were comfortable, and the living room was great (although possibly a little small if you have the full 8 people staying - worked well for us and could have fit a couple more with no issues). Publix groceries is less than a 5 minute drive away, which was great since we didn't arrive until 8:30pm. Overall, the property was clean and comfortable, and the property manager/owner was quick to respond to our couple of queries.

Great Vacation Home

This house was perfect from the start... it was super clean, roomy, and had everything we needed for a great week. The owner was incredibly responsive, answering any of my questions and responding to my messages faster than I've ever had owners respond before. This property was only 20ish minutes from the Disney parks, depending on traffic, which was great for our group. 10/10 recommend, and will definitely book again.

Perfectly fine villa for visit to orlando

Good size villa and pool. Pool area could do with some maintenance- rust marks on patio from rusty legs of the 3 loungers. 4 comfy seats and good sized table plus 3 plastic chairs and plastic table but villa sleeps 8. Spacious bedrooms, nice and clean Good location on I 27. Kitchen could have been a little better stocked e.g. only 4 mugs for a villa that sleeps 8. And only 2 rings on hob worked but pretty much had everything else you’d need. Strangely VRBO never did email me the house key code I had to contact owner Owner was very helpful and prompt with responses.

Perfect family getaway.

This property had everything we needed. Our girls loved having their own private areas with their own bathrooms. After a fun, busy family day together, because this property is central to so much, it was nice for our teen girls to have their own space. Nice to just spend the day at the house relaxing by the pool and playing in the games room. This property was not lacking in anything we needed. We didn’t request any pool heat but after arriving we found the pool a bit cool but not a problem a quick email and the next morning the pool heat was turned on. Highly recommend.

Great house for multiple generations/large group.

My family, three generations of us, stayed at this property for 5 days/4 nights in early January 2023. The property was well represented by the photos on the VRBO website. It worked great for us - master for my married daughter and her husband, another master for myself (mom/grandma), and at the other side of the living room area, 2 bedrooms with a double bed in one, 2 singles in the other, and a shared full bath. Perfect set up! Everything was clean and smelled clean. Linens were well-stocked. Starter soaps, paper goods, etc. were supplied. Codes for WiFi, TV streaming channels, etc. were easy to understand. Had a small sugar ant problem when a soda was poured down the drain and not rinsed, but we’d seen no bugs until then, so we take the blame. Pool heat was definitely necessary in January. Minor suggestion: throw rugs or bath mats on bathroom floors would be nice. Only problems were as we were literally packing our cars to leave, the lawn service came and only edged the lawn, leaving wet grass everywhere and concern about scratches on one of our (brand new) cars. And my daughter forgot a bag with lotion and a potty seat in a canvas bag in the master bath closet, but when she called for them she was told they were not there. She knew they were, but either the cleaning folks took them/threw them out or the next renters denied their existence. A minor issue, but still annoying. Overall, the property was great, we loved it, would return - but do admit it was about a 30 minute drive to Disney.

House was as shown in photos and description. Both the owner and the property management were very good to deal with and responded quickly to any communication. We loved afternoons in the pool, and the fact that the pool backs to green space and is not overlooked. It was a pleasant two weeks!

Nice place

The trash cans where totally full no room for trash. 2 broken rotted chair in back deck. Gun shoots Saturday morning and Sunday night. Really nice house.

Amazing!!!!

We have stayed in many places. This house by far has been the most amazing! Our family enjoyed the pools, the space and location . Kids played all day at the pool, all adults were able to enjoy the porch area with the amazing amount of sitting. Calabay/Rebecca was amazing with providing all instructions needed prior to checkin . We are very happy that there were no issues during our stay. We found that the beds were amazing to sleep in as well; if anything better then prior locations we have visited. Our family will definitely re-rent and recommend this home for an amazing stay. Thank you for allowing our family to stay at your home , it definitely allowed us to have a great time during our stay!
