Great place and location

Stayed for 4 days with my parents and daughter for a gymnastics meet. It was a very nice condo. Perfect location to the convention center. Spent a day at universal studios and it was very close and convenient. Nice layout for family and privacy. Would stay there again.

Perfect Stay in Orlando – Cay Vista ResortOur VRBO at Cay Vista Resort was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better—just 1.2 miles from the convention center, close to Publix, and surrounded by great restaurants. Plus, getting to Universal or anywhere in town was super easy with Uber.The resort was comfortable, convenient, and had everything we needed for a great stay in Orlando. Close to Convention Center and Disney parks. Pools, groceries and dining were within walking distance. Rooms were nice and had plenty of room for 6 people. Enjoyed our stay!

The place was really nice , but couple things I didn’t like first the coffee maker it was broke and the microwave handle, it was red hair on the bathrooms floor , and the master bed it’s was very uncomfortable .

Clean and large property! The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures and in a convenient location to both Universal and Disney Springs. The kids loved the pool after a long day at the parks. Publix and Dunkin are within walking distance.

Perfect for conferences

We stayed here with our family while we went to a conference. It's a very close drive to the conference center and it's not too far from Disney. The condo is clean and just as pictured. The community has a nice pool. I would recommend this place.

This home was comfortable, clean, had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the living area with the comfy couch. This place is located in a great area with grocery store and a restaurant. Close to Seaworld which was great. I highly recommend this place. It’s also 15 mins to the airport.
