Great location, good layout.

House is in a convenient location inside a decent development. Close to most attractions. Management company responded to emails in a timely fashion. No issues that needed any attention during our stay. Decent valued rental.

Great location, nice house.

This property was in a great location and had all the amenities to self-cater during our vacation. The owner/property manager was very responsive via email. There is a general "tired" feeling to this property though. The pool deck has a significant amount of staining and chipping, and the trees are incredibly over grown and make a fair amount of daily mess in the pool and front entrance way. We had issues with the hot tub jets, that the pool maintainer also could not resolve, but the pool heat worked fine and it did not affect our stay in any way. Kitchen and bedrooms were fully outfitted, albeit again, with dated items, however we had full functionality. To stay here again I would want assurances that some refreshing had been done to the property.

Excellent vacation home

House was clean, great location, all the amenities. Private yard with a large pool and jacuzzi tub. Our family had a great stay at this property and look forward to coming back in the future. Sandra was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Old old old very used property

This house is unsuitable for the holiday market. It is for refugees just into the country who are not used to modern living. I’ve came to Florida for 32 years and stayed at over 24 properties and they were ALL good. This property is lost in time from the 90’s. We arrived cat Orlando to find out all of our cases were lost. We never go any of them for 4 days. When we saw the house it capped off a terrible. The reason we didn’t contact you was because my sons wedding was 3 days after we arrived and British Airways said our bags would arrive within 2 days so my wife refused to move properly. Then when they didn’t arrive and we had no wedding stuff she was just to stressed to move and told me just to leave it and not contact you. You KNOW as well as me that property is completely worn out. Old bikes with flat tires (no pump). Torn pool table with 4 broken cues. Cupboards of old torn games. Xbox from the 90’s. Carpets so worn we wouldn’t step on them without shoes. Master bed. In usable. I slept in a single bed for two weeks. Every thing rusty, torn, worn and nothing matching. Old pictures, pillows. Sink wastes ingrained with stuff. All woodwork ingrained with dirt. Nothing painted fresh. The worst cheapest patio furniture I’ve ever seen. The state of the pool was a total disgrace. The mesh surround all torn so everything was covered in moss, leaves, bugs etc. You know you should never have rented this to me you have stole me money. Shocking.

Check in was easy 2 of the bedrooms didn’t have TVs king bedroom didn’t have cable bed was hard

I wouldn’t book property again should have let me know it wasn’t any TVs in 2 of the bedrooms and the patio table wasn’t cleaned at all
