The condo was run down and needed renovations. The paint was chipping on the vanity in the master and in the extra bedroom. The bath tub faucet was more mobile than it should be and it made it difficult to get hot water. The right sided faucet in the master bedroom and the faucet in the 2nd bathroom were stuck and you could not turn one side or the other. There were no knobs on the cabinetry and they were sticky and difficult to open. The master bedroom end table was splattered with paint. The light switches did not correlate to lights. In the end, none of these things made the condo unlivable, I just feel that it did not meet my expectations for the price I paid. We elected to check in early and contacted the manager. He/she responded quickly and we elected to enter an hour early (complimentary). The code provided after this confirmation did not work. I reached out again and this was remedied quickly.

Remove Casiola from your site

DO NOT BOOK WITH CASIOLA. They canceled our reservation upon arrival to the resort after giving all the information they requested. Customer service was unhelpful. We were told a manager would call us which never happened. We were stranded at the resort with 2 kids and no place to stay.

The condo was beautiful and clean. The only complaint was even though it was clearly marked “No Smoking”, someone apparently couldn’t read. There was a smell of cigarettes when you first entered the condo. But it wasn’t overbearing once you settled in.

Enjoyable stay for a conference

Extended family of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) stayed here while Dad had a conference at the nearby Hyatt. Grandma, Grandpa, and Mom, enjoyed the swimming pool with the kids. The property was clean and spacious, with a very large common area. The location is good for the theme parts, although not walking distance to the Hyatt, it was easy to get Uber or Lyft rides. One tablespoon (measuring spoon--the one you'd use for coffee) was missing from the set (so we just used the 1/2 TBSP) and the wine opener was missing, but that's not a big deal. (I wasn't 100% sure how to report this though--no problem at all to work around, just want to be sure the property manager knew.) In fact it's great that they provided so many kitchen and household items!

Beautiful and Convenient

Vista Cay Resort was absolutely beautiful and in close proximity to Universal Studios and SeaWorld. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s planning a trip to Orlando.

Exceptional Condo Rental Experience in Orlando!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by its spaciousness. This condo is truly expansive, providing ample room for relaxation and enjoyment. One of the standout features of this rental was the new furnishings. Everything felt modern, stylish, and comfortable. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure guests have a pleasant and luxurious stay. The updated kitchen was equipped with top-notch appliances and all the essentials one could need. The resort itself was truly remarkable. The pool was nothing short of amazing. Its crystal-clear waters and inviting atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. Additionally, the walking trail provided a great opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy some exercise. The overall experience of staying at this condo was exceptional. The size, the new furnishings, the updated kitchen, and the resort amenities all contributed to an unforgettable vacation in Orlando. Five stars all the way!

Summer Stay

We stayed for a volleyball tournament, the condo was clean, conveniently located and the management company was easy to connect with. The only draw back was the couch was old.

Great Apartment overall

We found the apartment ok. Not as modern as we would normally like - but all was in good order and clean. It was a good size. Generally after the initial issue with codes not working - the property manager resolved this but was just before one of my colleagues was going to a hotel instead as he couldn’t get in. I would recommend this apartment to all future guests.

Clean, spacious, and easy check-in/check-out process

Overall it was a good experience. Close to convention center, which is what we needed. However, wi-fi was EXTREMELY slow and pool was always VERY crowded. The facility was clean and large enough for our family's needs.
