Welcome to this charming four-bedroom/three-bathroom townhome located in the beautiful Champions Gate community. The lovely and cozy décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool with conservation view, there are NO REAR NEIGHBOORS!!! Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated for an additional cost. The house also have a grill for guests use, free of charge! You must only refill propane in case of need. Once you've explored the house, head over to the Club House for more fun! With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities such as a lazy river, water park with slides, volleyball courts, an arcade, gym, and so much more! Champions Gate is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs. Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however any additional items would need to be purchased yourself.
