Huge House and Pool
The property could use a little TLC, things were kind of falling apart, yard had trash scattered, grass seemed like it hadn't been mowed in a while. We messaged the owner on our way down and then we were informed that they were currently filling up the pool and put chemicals in it. We could "probably" use it in the morning. The thermostat is in a locked box, and you cannot adjust it. So, overall we had a good time. It was pretty hot, especially upstairs where all the beds are. The pool was amazing, when we could finally use it. I would say that the location is great for a vacation and would say I give it 4 out of 5 stars compared to the other VRBOs I have stayed in.

Dirty
The floors in this home were so dirty, our feet were black everyday. There were dead roaches on the floor in various rooms. There were not enough towels provided and when I asked for more, I was told to contact the cleaners myself. There were no bath mats or towels provided for when you step out of the shower, the tub was dirty and didn’t drain, the outdoor area was nice but also needed cleaning. There were a lot if rust stains. The grass was so high it tickled my calves when I walked on it. The “Disney” room just had cheap stickers on the walls, remotes for TVs were all in the wrong rooms and were all sticky. There’s stains on the roof from water damage. I would not stay here again.

Nice Property
This property like all others had pros & cons but the good outweighed the bad. The pool area was our favorite space. It’s larger than most pools on rental properties and it was a relaxing place to hang out. Unfortunately the hot tub jets weren’t working & couldn’t be fixed during our stay. The house is about i20 minutes away from Disney & 45 minutes from Universal. The house is close to 192 which is convenient to many places. I’ve never stayed this far down 192 but it was good change. The property was also close to my daughter’s dorm. She’s in the Disney College Program so if you’re looking to stay close to Flamingo Crossings, this property is a great choice. The home was very spacious, it was clean, and the pictures did not lie. The beds and furniture were comfortable and it was a good place to call “home” for the week. Any time we had an issue, I would message the owner. He was quick to respond & willing to solve our problem as best as he could. We didn’t like that we couldn’t control the thermostat, but this is common now with rental properties. The heat index was 104-110 when we visited and this made the house pretty hot. Whenever I messaged the host about it being too hot, he checked the thermostat right away and lowered the temperature for us. I didn’t give the property 5 stars overall only because the hot tub was broken & because the temperature wasn’t constantly comfortable, but I would definitely stay here again! If you’re thinking about booking here then do it!

Spring Stay
We enjoyed the house however there were some issues with the pool where it seemed sediment would settle on the pool floor. At first we thought it was algae however we believe that it was actually pollen that was falling into the pool and settling on the floor. With using the pool the pollen would get filtered and the water was clear, but on days when we didn't swim it would settle on the pool floor. The property manager was very responsive and very helpful in getting the pool cleaners to do extra cleaning. Otherwise loved the property - quiet neighborhood with access to everything we needed.

The house was absolutely amazing. There were a couple of things that happened out of the owners controll and the level communication was outstanding. I have rented several homes but never had things take care of almost instantly. The pool area was definitely my family's favorite!

Spacious. Close to Disney.
Large home with plenty of beds and TV’s .. pool was nice and warm. Hot tub was nice and hot. We had everything we needed. Close to Disney, but far enough away so local traffic isn’t bad. Privacy trees and fencing on both sides is great.

3 weeks in Kissimmee
The property manager was very responsive. The house was as advertised. 5 bedrooms, pool and hot tub w heater included. Fast internet, comfortable furnishings, a nice lanai with overhead cover. I spent 3 weeks working remote and it was a great trip. The downside to me was the neighborhood. With no gate for privacy and no HOA, there were a lot of houses that were not kept up, lawns shabby, cars parked in front lawn, etc. when I went for walks the neighborhood was not aesthetically pleasing. All in all, the location near Sunset Walk w many options for restaurants and live music. Close enough to Disney. But traffic is awful so be prepared for that. Beds were comfortable, place was clean but it could use a deep cleaning as if you walked around in bare feet, they would be black. No bugs or anything like that. I would recommend this place and would definitely come back if I am in the area again. I will emphasize that Loc was very responsive. A great host.

When we entered the bedding was dirty in all rooms. I had to take them off luckily i bought 2 sheets and we slept using that & was very cold as temperatures had locks round them until the manager controls it from his side. Next day bought the soaps etc and did all the bed washing but u shouldn't hve to do that as being on hols. The down strs toilet wasn't working either when someone had to come & repair. Used the pool twice it was cold but then my girls noticed a camera looking over so they didnt feel safe & didnt want to use it. Was constantly worried incase the cameras were inside aswell they felt no privacy. The manager was nice but the house needs updating & cameras is like you been watched every moves.

Weekend getaway
I had a great time, i just wished i stayed longer. The place was modern and clean. I plan to return with more friends... Only thing we would definitely have to trade out the disney kids beds when i do. I have no complaints other than i couldn't figure out the ac lucky for me the preset temp was good.

Wonderful Kissimmee Stay!
This was a fantastic rental! Everything was just as listed and more. Ive never had a kitchen filled with so many necessities, more than you can think of. I had a moment when i felt a little warm and Loc, the property manager replied immediately and helped me even though it was late. I already have plans to stay here again! If i could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

The house was perfect size for my family. Perfect location for traveling back and forth to Disney. I would have loved the Hot tub to heat up without using the jets and for the pump to not be right next to the hot tub, it was very hard to hear anything other than that. It was great that there were plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils, I would have loved to see staples stay in the house such as seasonings and what not. But overall, this house was great, simple, and perfect for what my family needed for our trip to Disney!

We had fun!
Upon entry, it was hard to find out what remote controlled what. The one next to the patio never operated for us. We did figure out the fan situation, but not the thermostat as it got a little too cold a few times. The pool had some debris in it, but it wasn't an issue. I'm sure it was from the trees surrounding the outdoor screen enclosure. When booking, we thought it was a solid material that would allow us to be in the pool and not be in the rain originally. Overall though, the trip was a success and we're thankful. The rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. We definitely slept well after being out!

Nice vacation home.
Nice house, would stay again. Only main concern was the tile floors were filthy enough to turn the bottom of our socks and feet black. We didn’t bring it to the owners attention, just wore our shoes mostly. Rest of the house was pretty clean, so maybe they just forgot that day. Pool and hot tub were amazing!!! Much bigger pool than most in the area, and you don’t have to pay extra to use the hot tub. That’s right, a hot tub after a long day at the Parks, and they don’t charge you to heat it. Plenty of rooms, 2.5 baths, and a ton of space inside. The game room was a big hit with the kids, and they have reclining massage chairs in the tv room, which was a thoughtful gesture for those who had a long day at Disney. If the floors weren’t the way they were, would have been a 5/5. But I’d give it a 4.5/5

Lovely house, but especially lovely pool and spa. I have rented quite a few homes in the Orlando area over the last 20 years and I can definitively say that this was far and away the biggest most beautiful pool I have ever seen at a rental house, and the pool and spa heat was included in the rental cost, which is not the case at many other homes.

Beautiful, large house.
The house fit our group perfectly. Unfortunately the pool was freezing and we couldn't get the hot tub to heat up, but we still had fun. Loc was available to answer all our questions. Although the description and sign at the house says quiet time by 11PM, the neighbor came knocking at the door at 10PM to tell us to quite down. (It was a Friday night, and due to hurricane Ian, most people were out of school/work). But we still respectfully went in door. The house is in a decent location, and is perfect for a large group.
