We called twice for the room floor. They were so dirty. Overall the room was not clean at all. The floor was disgusting.

Check in was a little slow as they only had 1 person but he did a good job moving as fast as he could. Room was clean and the ac was cold. Staff was friendly.

Customer service is terrible, staff is rude and unfriendly. Paid a deposit in advance and they told me when I got there they never received it and charged me MORE than what it was originally. The guy at the desk kept changing the price and had no idea what he was saying or doing. The website states there are two restaurants on site, more like gas station food, not a restaurant and it’s way too overpriced. Also states there is a Starbucks but it’s a raggedy coffee machine and they attempt to make the drinks off Starbucks menu unsuccessfully. We went days without room service, nobody stopped by at all. Had to call front desk to get more towels and it took forever. The pool area was okay, there was a lot of stuff floating around in the pool and kids were jumping off the rocks into 3 feet deep water with no supervision. Only pro to this place is its right on the strip close the a lot of shops/food. Would not stay here again.

The property is nice. Close to some dinning options. There is a shuttle to universal studios and Disney, which is very convenient. Overall, nice stay for the price.

The room had roaches, there were a couple pubic hairs on the toilet, the floor was sticky, there were white stains all over the comforter. The tub was so dirty I didn’t even want to shower in it without shoes. We asked for a crib and we brought our own sheets for it of course. I called before to confirm it was added. No crib, 2 hrs went by and still no crib then they told us they won’t have any until morning. So, we had to leave and drive over an hr home to turn around and drive another 2 hrs in the am. What a mess!

"My experience at the hotel was disappointing due to the service at the front desk. Upon my arrival, the reception staff was not welcoming or friendly. The first representative who assisted me, named Brandi, could not find my reservation in the system. She told me that They couldn't help me and I would have to contact the agency I booked. They seemed to be distracted and uninterested in helping. When I changed representatives, all the information magically appeared in the system without the need for further action. One the rooms took more than an hour to be ready after the check-in time, stipulated by the hotel policies. In summary, the lack of professionalism and courtesy in customer service at the front desk negatively affected my experience at this hotel. hotel."

The pictures does not match the actual place. Very dirty place. The front desk told us we can check out early and we will get a refund. We booked our stay for 3 days and checked out by 10 am the following day. According to Avanti staff we should have been able to get the refund for the next 2 nights. Horrible stay will not recommend for anyone.

Positioned nicely at the centre of International Drive, this hotel is in need of a little spruce up. That being said the rooms a big and spacious but a little dark and gloomy. the room door was broken when we arrived. I think they should work more on teaching some of their workers to have empathy. A smile is worthless and brings security and peace of mind to the guest. It is one of the things that should be worked on when receiving the guest when giving them information. They should also think about the possibility of changing the breakfast system. In my opinion, we guests do not have to wait in a long line for breakfast since we are in a hurry to get to the amusement parks and that delays a lot, some trays with alcohol heaters and that the guests serve themselves whatever they want and everything would be faster I paid for my breakfast for two days and I only went down for breakfast the first time the juice in a sealed plastic container looked like a school breakfast, not a hotel breakfast, I paid for a hotel breakfast like I have always been used to the hotels I have visited, I did not think it would be that way, it is a place that is close to many shops, it is central, quiet and close to the attractions of the park, improve your services, the hotel looks good
