Everything was perfect. Enjoyed my Daughter's 25th birthday trip. The house was just what we needed and anticipated. This location will be on my radar for next time.

Excellent and Quiet Neighborhood

My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was great being just far away from the craziness in Orlando but not too far from all the parks. The house is just like the pictures described it, quiet neighborhood, kids enjoyed the pool. The house is a little dated but I definitely recommend it and will definitely be back on my next trip to the Orlando area. Having all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets very close by also makes it very easy to enjoy your stay! We loved it, you won’t be disappointed!

Great property!

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The property was impeccably clean and offered plenty of space for our family. The best part was its convenient proximity to Disney. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Home

My family and I enjoyed the home. It is exactly as shown on VRBO. The spa area was clean and beautiful. Rebecca is the best example of a host. She is very attentive and ensures any needs are met almost instaneously!

Everything was great. At past rentals I've had an issue with the pool heating but the pool was heated well at this property. Great space for a great price.

We had an absolutely wonderful time, we stayed in the villa for 3 weeks and it was perfect. We loved the villa, it was clean, well equipped and lovely and spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. We couldn't have been happier returning to the villa 'our home' each night after a day at the parks! We had to contact the owner a couple of times as there was no clothes airer and the toaster broke but the response and quick service was outstanding and the next day we received a clothes airer and a new toaster, she was amazing! The villa is well situated for all the Disney and Universal parks as well as the shopping outlet village and local supermarket, we couldn't fault it.If/when we return to Florida we would definitely love to stay at this villa again. Highly recommend, loved it!

Great vacation!!

We stayed here for nine days and loooooovvveeeddd every single day and night of it. The house was excellent and beautiful and Rebecca was a great host. We had everything we needed and absolutely no problems.

Great location

Location was great near to all major amusement parks. The home needs some work many appliances were broken like the stove microwave bedroom doors were coming apart. Home needs a deep clean but we were able to make the best of it.

Great family home!

We stayed for four days and we had a blast! The house was super clean. The rooms and mattresses were extremely comfortable! My kids absolutely loved the pool!! The backyard is amazing as well!! Nice house

The house was beautiful and the location was great. Not everything in the house was operational but we made the best of it. The pool was great and the kids really enjoyed swimming. The communication with the property manager was good!

Good overall, but disappointing when the pool and hot tub didn’t work and had to wait for couple of days because of the holidays.

Short Halloween getaway

Stayed for four nights over Halloween. House is in a very well decorated neighborhood for Halloween. House itself was clean. It was well stocked with cooking utensils and all the pots and pans we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool area enjoying the pool and spa. The master bedroom was the only bedroom used and it was very roomy as was the master bathroom. The home is in a nice location near a grocery store and approximately 20 minutes from Disney parks. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Awesome Stay at Amy’s Vacation Villa

Amy’s Vacation Villa is the perfect location for couples, friends, or even a family to stay when visiting the Orlando area. Our stay was flawless! Check-in could not have been easier, and everything was very clean upon arrival. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which is very welcome if you’re out at the theme parks all day. We did not personally use the kitchen, but it appeared well stocked with all the cooking supplies you might need. The biggest draw for us, besides location, was the private pool. It was quite clean and appeared well maintained. If we weren’t sleeping, we were in the pool. The neighborhood was quite quiet, but also incredibly close to all the amenities you could want. It is also 20-30 minutes to the theme parks, if that is what you’re going for. Check out was also a breeze. The hardest thing we had to do was leave the house… we did not want to go! When we are back in the area next, this is our first choice for accommodations.

Family Vacation 2021

Rebecca always responded to our messages as quick as she could. The house was beautiful. My only concern is that the cleaning crew could've done better in certain areas of the house. Also the rug in the living room needs to be turned around the other way because it is sticking up and any body especially little kids could trip over it and I don't want to see that happen. And they need more storage containers for food, a dish drying rack, more wash clothes, and a better can opener. I'm not trying to Nick pick and complain, I'm just stating what I feel like needs to be updated for better future stays. And one last thing we didn't like was how the parking arrangements were with other cars in the neighborhood. They parked way too close to this house like they lived there. This isn't the owners fault but I just wanted to state this.

Great Place for a Family Trip

The Place was clean and tidy when we arrived. The check in process was simple and pool was extremely clean! The only con was the twin beds in the front room need to be updated but that’s the only con. Would stay here again
