Excellent communication with host. OVSI is top notch. Kitchen was well stocked. The house is clean & very close (walkable) to Hideaway club. Nice lake view,neighbors were good. Pool/Hot tub heat worked well. Nice size rooms. We used a portable door alarm for the front door so the kids could not get out undetected. We felt safe. Pool has kiddie gate & rear slider lock is very secure. Entry gate after 9 -our QR code never worked. We drove through the exit which is left open. Clubs pool/lazy river heated, splash park is cold. Lots of close dining options and we were at Disney in 15-20 min's.

Gate did not work after hours. Had to go to another gated area. Very frustrating!Neighbors next door were extremely loud after hours. Had to call security and police.Bathroom had strands of pink hair on the shower wall and a used hand towel from the previous people on the shower rod.

We loved the property and the neighborhood amenities. It was close to everything, but secluded enough to not feel you were in the middle of everything. The property was comfortable and big enough for us to spread out and not be on top of each other. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really nice layout and close to everything. Great communication with owners. The new clubhouse is very nice. The other clubhouse is great for kids. Furniture in kids rooms could use a refresh, one mattress was stained and the headboards are worn. We did find a live cockroach in the sink, but we know how Florida is and the owners were quick to respond and address it. Overall, highly recommend and would stay here again.

Stayed here in August and was very happy with the house and the resort. Information shared leading up to the trip was very detailed. This is the second time staying at this resort and we really enjoy the options it has for relaxing. House location is central to just about everything. Would stay here again.

Graduation Fun

This place was exactly as listed. Very clean well maintained property. We enjoyed our stay and would book with them again. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space. We also enjoyed the properties amenities.

Perfect home away from home for a family vacation.

Impeccably clean, well equipped and spacious. Perfect location near the Disney parks with access to plenty of shopping locations nearby to get the basics you need for your stay. Highly recommend this home for your next family vacation.

Storey Lake House

Hernan was an excellent host. He was very prompt with responding to messages and courteous. The house was very nice and clean. My family enjoyed the amenities (community pool, lazy river, bar, ect.) Overall very nice place to stay. We would for sure stay again.

Vacation stay

Good spacious property and pool was great at an additional charge. Property manager was easy to communicate with and responsive to requests! The mattress in bedroom we slept wasn’t good. It’s was squeaky, and didn’t have enough support. Apart from mattresses challenge rest were as advertised. Overall it’s descent property and will be good one if mattress are adjusted

Beautiful home near everything

House was beautiful. Neighbors were noisy but they were in their pool so…. Everything was clean. Only negative comment is that the kitchen was not adequately stocked with silverware - especially if the unit was rented for 12. There were never more than 4 of us and we ran out several times.

Great experience

Girls Trip

A group of us stayed here for a few days while we hit a few of the parks. We loved the house and the amount of space we had. We enjoyed the community pool as well as the pool at the house. The beds were comfortable and the home was stocked with enough supplies for our stay. I would definitely book this house again!

Orlando Getaway

The property was beautiful! Everything was very clean, including the pool. Check-in process was smooth. The location is great as the Disney parks and Disney Springs is very close. We will definitely stay again!

Good vacation house!

In general, the property is absolutely amazing but there are some things need to be fixed. In The fact that we saw in previous reviews which some clients kept complaining about the shower valves in the bathrooms of first floor and second floor have never been fixed. We don’t know whether if the owner/property manager pays attention on these problems! Hopefully, the owner can read this review and get these fixed so that everything seems to be fine!

Amazing!

We had our first Disney trip and stayed here. So easy to get to all the parks. Easy check in. Clean and nice! Just bring extra pods for the dishwasher if you bring kids :)
