This property is nested in the very nice community of Calabay Parc. You will enjoy its nice decoration, its pool (south facing), covered lanai, game room. The perfect place to spend days doing... nothing but relax and enjoy the sunny days and the warm temperatures. The owners use the property for their family trips twice a year and make sure the property remains in a pristine condition. You will love how comfy and so conveniently located to all major attractions.**NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating*** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Everyone had a wonderful time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. But the WiFi was not working good my connection keep going in out on my phone in the WiFi wouldn’t connect to the tv in the living room so If I was you I would bring my fire stick.

We definitely enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfy and clean, the pool was great and the neighborhood is very quiet. Don’t love the “Lovebugs” but overall the property was AMAZING!!!
