Not sure where to start but unhappy.
Ok so I’m going to start off with the pictures must of been taken when they first did the rooms. When we first got there the first thing we noticed was the stains on the walls every piece of wall you looked at had stains and chips. The rug felt like it needed to be steamed it had a thick dirty feel to it. The mural in the Mickey Mouse room was peeling off and the stuffed animals on the bed were FILTHY it made me very uncomfortable they even had these things on the beds. The Mickey and Minnie teddy bears also had holes in them it was disgusting. The beds were very comfortable that might be my only good review. The pool is super
Small it’s the size of a hot tub. There was only two spoons to eat cereal with and none of the spoons were a normal size, they were huge my poor son had to eat from the side of his spoon to get his cereal in his mouth. The TVs were missing remotes and what ever they did have a remote had black tape holding the batteries in. They did not provide garbage bags for the bathrooms and the ones they did have when we first got there didn’t fit any time we the something out the bag came off the rim. The back door by the pool did not have any blinds for privacy it was just straight open for anyone to pass by and see right in. We never got the pass word the outside pool area and anytime we had an issue we had to call master vacation homes and report to them. They only provide two bath towels per bathroom so I was washing towels my whole vacation. The pictures are a way better version then what you actually get.
