Great place to stay in the Disney Circle

The resort was great and so was the rooms. Highly recommended if you are planning a stay near Disney World and also want some time in a relaxing resort.

Great location and nice resort

The location of the resort was excellent. Didn't take us more than 10 minutes to get to any of the Disney parks. We only got to use the pools one of our days (too cold otherwise) but we enjoyed the options. Room was well equipped with everything we needed. My only complaint was that one of the bathrooms had a urine smell from the minute we arrived but we just made that the kids bathroom. I'd highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for somewhere to stay offsite for Disney.

Beautiful property!

We stayed 3 nights for a quick birthday getaway. Upon waking in Tower 5 I was greeted by 2 desk receptionist with smiles and eager to assist, which was extremely refreshing given we don’t seem to get that kind of service much anymore. The property is beautifully landscaped with several pool and spa options, places to eat, a walking path around the lake, and much much more. This will be our go-to place when visiting Orlando from now on!

Great location, but rooms need a little update

The location and facilities are brilliant pools are great and as a space to be in it's welcoming. There are only 2 real issues. The rooms could do with updating, phones don't really work, the WiFi is a bit patchy, and the TVs are not setup for you to cast to them so using them is not great. The other is bagadge handling, it's very very slow, they all seem nice but nothing happens fast.

Disney Trip

This property was great, especially the amenities and distance to the Disney parks. We really enjoyed our stay and would look to book at this resort for future Disney trips. The only item that may need attention was the washer/dryer we had in our unit (Tower 4, room 378). The washer wouldn’t wash out all of the laundry detergent and the clothes were sopping wet when the cycle was finished (spin cycle didn’t seem to work properly). And we had trouble getting the clothes to dry without running it for 4+ hours (too long).

This property has so much to do it’s a destination in and of itself! It was perfect for my family and I and I we right next to the Walt Disney World resorts! No more than a 10 minute drive to any of the parks!! We’ve stay at this property before and look forward to doing so for years to come!

We are regular visitors, and already booked for a week in April 2026. This is our favorite place in Orlando. We usually just stay here without driving anywhere else and just relax for a week. Bring your own food (or Publix is 10 minutes away) and cook in the full kitchen or enjoy their restaurants without ever having to get in the car!
