$15,000+ makeover just compeleted, included resurfacing pool, fresh paint, new living room furnutures and new matresses for Queen and 4 twin beds. This luxury single family home offers everything you need for the perfect Mickey Mouse vacation! It features 2,000 SQFT of living space, includes 4 bedrooms/3 baths, 2 master suites, and a private pool and spa (Pool and spa heating fee is extra).

Situated just 7.5 miles from Disney theme parks, this house is nestled in the resort community of Glenbrook, which is lined with tall palm trees and immaculate landscaping. The community boasts a large swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis court, game room, beach valley ball and playground.

Upon entering the house, you'll be greeted by a dramatic volume ceiling and a large open floor plan encompassing a living room, a great room with dining area and a well-appointed kitchen. The living room features air hockey and a sleeper sofa/loveseat combo. Two elegantly designed master suites offer luxurious sleeping arrangements with a King bed in one and a Queen bed in the other. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, silverware, and utensils. TVs are available in every bedroom and common area, along with free Wi-Fi. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board, adds to your convenience.

The kitchen now showcases granite countertops and state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances. A new dining set, LVP bedroom flooring, and a magnificent 67-inch TV enhance the living experience. The garage has been transformed into a game room, featuring a pool table and aother air hockey tables. Our goal is to offer a fresh and exciting experience for our guests.

Relax in your own private pool and spa after a long summer day or enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails poolside in utter relaxation. The pool and spa can be heated for $20 per day. Please contact owner if tyou need to add it.

The house is conveniently located a short drive from a Wal-Mart Super Center, Lowe's, library, bank, and numerous restaurants and shops. It's within walking distance of Walgreens and CVS, making it especially popular among Canadian snowbirds who appreciate the blend of accessibility to attractions and the convenience of a home.

Great experience for this property

If heading to SeaWorld or Disney parks this property makes a great base. Was as described, communication was very good, I needed to extend a day, host was gracious and accommodating. The place was clean had everything we needed, was less than 30 min to every Disney park even with morning traffic. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Comfortable beds, plenty of towles fully stocked kitchen. Will rent again on next trip to Orlando.

Loved the location and the property. Overall everything was quite good but we all thought that a few little changes would have made it better. The fact we had to buy tissues, paper towels and toilet paper was a little annoying because we couldn't take leftovers back because we came by plane. The owner was very easy to contact and responded quickly. We would consider staying here again.

Clermont Home

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accomodating and the property manager was right around the corner if needed. The house was very clean, very comfortable, and very roomy! The pool was awesome! We hated to leave! If your looking for a larger home, with a private pool and hot tub, shopping right around the corner, and a safe friendly neighborhood this is the place! We loved the location. Property was spacious. Our kids loved the pool. My son liked listen to the different birds outside and loved having his own room. Family enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. We spent alot of our time out and about. We would definitely rent the property again.

Pleasant stay

It is easy to find the Villa. It is located in a pleasant estate. It is essential that you have transport to get anywhere, but the location is easy to get to all key areas. The villa would benefit from some minor maintenance, however it is well appointed with anything that we needed and we loved playing pool in the garage with the doors opened.

Wedding weekend

We stayed at this property for my daughters wedding nearby. It was a perfect quiet location with plenty of spacious room. We didn't have little ones so we didn't utilize the games but we did enjoy the hot tub and pool. Would recommend this location.

Home was in good shape for a rental property. Was not prepared for the limited number of towels/wash cloths so we just bought some to use and take home with us. Overall was a good value for a week in Orlando.

Oasis during a busy time

This house was exactly as it appears in the pictures. It is in a quiet neighborhood and was clean. My friends enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. It was a very busy time at Disney, so I was grateful for a quiet place to recharge each day. It is about 30 minutes away from the parks, so just know that going in and you’ll enjoy your stay.

Immaculate Spacious House

We stayed in the property for 16 nights in January 2025. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped for 8 guests although there were just the two of us. The kitchen was supplied with like new crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. There were 6 TVs, a gaming console (Xbox?), dvd player and maybe a VCR although we only used the TV in the great room. The pool according to our own thermometer reached 88F and the hottub certainly got hot!The manager, David was helpful, responsive and friendly. Walmart, Publix and Dollar Tree nearby. Convenient for the Disney ParksWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will have no hesitation in returning. Highly recommend the property to any families who would like to stay in the area. We really enjoyed the location of the property. We wish we had known a few things that would’ve helped us prepare for our stay; 1) there is no seasoning in the house, not even salt, pepper or oil 2) only two trash bags were provided 3) 1 dishwasher pod was provided 4) no hand soap in the kitchen or dish soap was provided, only what was in the bathrooms and that was a tiny bar of cleansing soap 5) there was only a half roll of paper towel. And 1 other dish towel. None of this was a dealbreaker for us, however we did have to purchase all of these items while we were on vacation (after we got our grocery delivery) and it would’ve made the trip more enjoyable had these items of been there or if we were notified of those items not being in the house. We stayed for 5 nights and cooked at the house.

Great space

Overall great property. Host was great to work with, very responsive. The property manager David is great and on top of things. It’s any season I guess and there was an infestation of ants on the patio. I contacted David and within an hour the pest control company was there taking care of the issue. The house very spacious, I love that one of the master bedrooms is in the back of the house. The house is clean, but could use deep cleaning especially the baseboards, and underneath beds. Definitely need more towels and washcloths. Pool was great, great temperature, patio furniture needs updating. Overall great value for money. Would stay there again.
