The room was not very clean, the pools were all dirty especially the indoor pool. Our door hot tub was inoperable. Would not recommend.

Great location. FYI location on vrbo map is incorrect. Building is kind of depressing, the convenience store was empty! Unit was very clean. Loose toilet and sink.

Needs to be Updated
The property name wasn’t divulged which made it difficult to find. Once we found it the check in process was confusing and slightly frustrating. Upon entering the unit we quickly realized that the place wasn’t as advertised. During our stay I messaged the host regarding my dissatisfaction in the cleanliness and maintenance items that needed tending to; amongst other things. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. She made every effort to accommodate us. There were some things that were out of her control but she listened to me. I wouldn’t recommend this for a family stay as the stink of marijuana is both interior and exterior. Overall the building is very run down and is in need of some attention. The location is great and close to a lot of things. It was advertised as a .70 mile walk to city walk but it was actually a 2 mile drive. That was a little disappointing, as I had planned to walk there during our stay but that wasn’t safely possible. Given some attention, I think the unit could have potential to be revived.

I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO rental! The property was in excellent condition, and I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and inviting space. The attention to detail in the upkeep and cleanliness of the rental was truly impressive. One of the standout features of this rental was its fantastic location. It was conveniently situated near all the attractions and amenities we wanted to explore during our stay. Whether it was restaurants, shopping, or sightseeing, everything was within easy reach. The layout and amenities of the rental were also top-notch. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the living spaces were cozy and well-furnished. Additionally, the owner was responsive and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained property in a prime location. It made our vacation truly memorable.

My daughter woke up at 3:00am in the morning. She had been bit by bed bugs, they were in the bunk beds. They are giving me a refund, but it ruined our family trip. I thought they should have refunded the money that we had to use to get another hotel for the next few nights. It was a very bad experience.

Nice Unit
The unit was pretty good in a nice area close to Universal Studios. Our issues were with the management of the property itself. We needed to wash and dry some clothes. The washing machine worked fine, but the dryer didn’t dry the clothes at all. We had to go to a laundromat to get our clothes dried. Other than that, the property was awesome.

Perfect fit
Family of 6 stayed it fit us well. We cooked once but there are many options close to eat. Laundry was on the floor which was nice. Would stay again

Great property
Great location literally minutes away from all the great attractions. Our only concern is the cleanliness of the actual building. It would really benefit from some upgrades. Also, we tried getting in a quick workout but the fitness center is super outdated and small.

Nice place close to Universal
Location ideal for going to many parks in the area. Many restaurants nearby. Used the indoor pool and hot tub. Place was nice smaller than expected but all we really needed. Porch was a nice bonus to have coffee outside. Property manager efficient no issues with our stay.

Great location for Theam parks
The location for the Theam parks is great. the hallways could use some updating. Had some delays trying to do laundry with people leaving their clothes in overnight and half the day. Had some trouble with the lock but that was my own inexperince with the app and phone issues.

Area ok. Sliding door to balcony didn't slide and main TV was not getting signal.
It is close to an event we were attending so that was good. The pictures give the impression that it is larger than it actually is, but for 1 night it worked for us. TV didn't get a signal. Bedroom tv's did but limited (like 6) channels. Didn't bother us, but kids might want more.

Good for a short time
Used the condo to go to universal for a few days. Just what we needed. Used the hot tub at night it was nice. The bathrooms are a little dated but okay. The kids didn’t like the sheets in the guest room lol said they were itchy. Overall nice size and great location.

It was close to everything we needed to do in Orlando, however the door entry was not so easy. I would have preferred key card entry. Otherwise it was suitable for the 3 days we were there.

Not as expected
The condo itself inside was alright. The beds are not comfortable at all pillows even worse. Invest in a few nice items and it would be much better. It is a hotel but since this unit is private owned you don’t get hotel amenities like replacement towels and there was only enough towels for each person to have one for an entire week that is not enough. I ended up washing but the hotel laundry is horrible, dryers would not dry ended up having to finally taking to another floor to finish drying. The area is not good at all. It is close to Universal but I would not recommend staying this side of International. Checking in you get a remote access to the condo but you still have to go to front desk to get building entrance cards which constantly stopped working. The buildings are older and starting to get run down, the specific building this unit was in had a horrible smell. I would not stay here again.

my experience wasn't good at all . Before i booked i seen reviews about the stove not working , i asked did it work and i was told yes it did but when i got to the condo the stove didnt work at all . I had to go to walmart to buy an electric stove just so i could cook for me and my kids for the time that we where there The wifi was horrible didnt work at all and also was told there was a private pool but it wasnt private it was for the whole complex witch the pool was closed due to covid 19 . I called the property manager and i didnt get an answer and it would take hours just to get a reply back . Very unprofessional i dont recommend. Also the outlet in the kids room sparks when you go to plug something in it . Very unsafe !
