Needs a few things

Overall good experience. Nice area and close to a lot. The waterpark is very nice. I did call to ask questions and never got a return call. I sent a email to ask the same question and no response. Didn't have any kitchen towels, hot pads or can opener. The company they have clean didn't do a very good job. Found trash under furniture. Dirty walls, nothing to terrible but if it was mine I would have wanted it cleaner.

Great location

House was perfect for our vacation. Very clean, and plenty of room. Pool heater never worked but they refunded all the money for that. Being right at the entrance gate was a bit more noise than expected. Cars trying to get in late into the evening and some really loud. Worked well besides that.

Alarm going off for 2 days

Place was clean and nice. There was 2 days where the alarm wouldn’t stop going off even after then came and fixed it. Overall a good place minus the loud beeping all night.

Very nice place !

We had a great time !! The pool was awesome With the slides and lazy river!! ,, unfortunately there was missing things in the kitchen , we had to buy a spatula, mittens for stove, scissors and spaghetti strainer . But other than that all good!!

Wonderful

Had a great time with my girlfriend, her daughter. I took my granddaughters to Disney for the first time. Perfect location, pool, and plenty of space.

CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE

Travelers should know the location of this home in the neighborhood is in THE WORST possible position. It's on the main entrance corner, next to busy 24 hour gate, backing to major 4 lane commercial road in back and community walking path that comes up the side of the house right past all the side windows. People travel the path all day/night. Check in was confusing. Their email comes from the owners name with no mention of VRBO or Storey Lake/no key words that you would ever notice it or be able to search for it. Smelled like dog pee. Carpet/ floors and baseboards were despicable. Two of the beds were dirty. Pool filthy/no net to clean. Holes in walls/doors. Broken bed frames/ broken pool furniture/ CHEAP level furniture. Tons of spiders. TOTAL JOKE! No response to calls/emails all week. Gave it 2 stars because neighborhood pool was nice. Pick another one - this one is NOT GOOD.

Nice house….short on amenities

We stayed in the house for one week. The positives were… House was nice inside Beds were comfortable Manager was responsive Clean Negatives… There was only 2 patio chairs and one was completely broken(4 pictured in listing). Contacted manager early in the week to get replacements and was told they were waiting on the owners to ok the purchase. Never got chairs!! The town house is right by the gate and there is constant traffic in and out. Cars with loud music and honking. Very few kitchen items. One large pan that is warped, no large pot to cook noodles, no strainer, no scissors, no plastic containers to store food in the fridge, and a 4 cup coffee pot for a 5 bedroom house 😳

Family Vacation

For a group of 8 or more this property provided lots of space for moving about and sitting together at the big table. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of 9. And the lounging pool was perfect for the kids to play in. The hot tub would have been nice if we didn’t have to pay extra for it. However, for a family flying in from out of state the details were lacking….no dish towels for use in the kitchen, no hot pads for use when heating things in the oven, no filters for the coffee pot, not enough paper towels and no cleaning supplies. We had to go buy those things which were unexpected additional expenses. But if it’s space you need and can bring some supplies with you it was a great space.

Great for family vacation

The location was perfect for our time in Orlando. Close to parks and airport. The community was nice to go enjoy a long morning walk as well as the pool and bar on property . Having a lounging pool at the house was a nice touch. The space was exactly what we needed. However with 7 adults the couch was a bit too small. You do have to pay extra to heat the pool and a fee to use the grill.

Great family vacation home

This home is in a perfect location for attractions in Orlando and for shopping. The club house was a wonderful place to relax. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable for our 10 guests.

Great space, but details were not as great

The space of the home is fabulous, if you have a large group you'll have plenty of space to spread out, most rooms had TVs and the Kitchen/Dining/Family Room has great space. The details were the part of the home that could use some focus by the management company. The towels were compared to sandpaper by some in our group, very thin. If you book the home, you'll want to pre-plan to bring some household items like: toilet paper (only 1 roll per bathroom provided), dish towels (no dish towels), pot holders (nothing to grab something out of the over), dishwasher tabs (none provided), laundry detergent tabs (none provided). You'll also want to bring any and all spices, PAM spray and things like that, the kitchen is completely cleared out and only has the plates, utensils, cups. Also, the trash from the prior party sat on our front porch for the first 2 days of our stay, would be nice to have that removed from where you enter/exit the home each time. Honestly, if you need a lot of space and the price works for your budget I would recommend staying here if you can live with that above. Otherwise, if you enjoy some high quality details I'd recommend looking at other properties. I would also add they charge for the pool heater ($30/day) and charge for the use of the grill.

Great stay

Overall the house was great. It was nice and big enough to accommodate all my friends. My only complaint was that there was no wifi in the house and there was a lack of communication from the property manager when I needed help during check in. However, i would stay there again.

Good Stay

Good location. Had a few issues connecting to WiFi initially. Minor damages noted to property upon checking in. Nothing major enough to be considered a deal breaker. All necessary amenities needed we had. Overall Good stay!

Perfect

The place is just as it shows. Very clean. A lot of bedrooms. Many of the VRBO's we stay in have extras like condiments, extra toilet paper and paper towels etc... be prepared to bring or buy all this. There wasn't any back up TP, so definitely will need that. No complaints though as it was clean, furnished well and roomy.

Perfect space and location

Everything about the property was nice and location convenient to get on any major highway and reasturant. Property manager was very responsive to questions. All around a good experience.
