「La reserva la hicimos por Hoteles.com al llegar al hotel no tenían registro de mi reserva, me dijeron que no tenían convenio con Hoteles.com, fue muy desagradable y preocupante, tener que buscar otro hotel, me gustaría saber de quién fue la falla.」

「Mal, lo conocíamos recién abierto y expectacular. Se pidió en este viaje la devolución del dinero de una de las dos noches . Camas sucias,las sabanas untadas de sangre. Desayunos pésimos. Las instalaciones sin pintar . El personal se veía desorientado.. etc」

「I love to tell, how beautiful it was, but the property, management and owner, have not respect, afper booking my trip in advance and following all guidelines with expidia, we arrived at the hotel and guess what no room available they offer the room to someone else for a higher price. I will never stay on that place and I dont recomend to any one.」
