Located in the "Parc de la Baie Orientale" in a secure residence on the front line facing the sea, this charming 100m2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a terrace with a small garden where you can relax on a hammock to the rhythm of the waves.
We have private parking, two swimming pools and two direct access to the beach. The apartment is ideally located for your vacation in Saint Martin.

Comfortable and beautiful

The place was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. It was very close to the beach. Pretty quiet for the most part. There was one night where we could hear the music from one of the beach bars. Easy walk to the village and lots of restaurants to choose from. We were happy with our choice with this rental..

Lili and her husband were great. We all loved the place because it was so close to everything, Did not have to rent a car. It was noisy due to being on the down stair front row. All in all we had such a great time.

Glad to be back

This unit is amazing. We enjoyed the stylish decor, beautiful linens, comfortable sofa and beds, well equipped kitchen with all the extras and especially the location. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again next year.
