Welcome to "Eben"!

Located in the secure park of Orient Bay, on the beach, the magnificent and luxurious "Eben" duplex offers you an exceptional stay. Recently renovated, it has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable.

The duplex features three bedrooms (160x200) and three bathrooms, providing ample space for you and your guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished, open to a beautiful living space where you can relax. For additional guests, a sofa bed (140x190) with hotel mattress is available.

You can enjoy a large terrace offering a breathtaking view of the sea. The internet connection is fiber optic for a fast and reliable connection. You will also have access to a shared swimming pool (open all year), as well as direct access to the beach.

The "Eben" duplex also offers private parking for your vehicle. You will be close to shops, restaurants and local activities, allowing you to fully enjoy your vacation.

The equipment of the house includes a classic coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a large American fridge with freezer, an oven, a microwave and a washing machine. . Air conditioning is available to cool you down on hot days. You will also have access to television and a water tank is provided in case of occasional water cuts from the general water supply company.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with small welcome touches to enhance your stay.

Cleaning and linen are included in the stay for 6 pax.
Additional cleaning on request can be scheduled at an additional cost as well as the rental of cots

Please note that you are arriving on a small island where the infrastructure may differ from that of a mainland, which can occasionally lead to disruptions in the water and electricity networks. The distribution companies are doing everything possible to quickly restore any cuts. The water distributed comes from a desalination plant that requires electricity to operate. We decline all responsibility in the event of disturbances beyond our control.

Excellent location!

We had a wonderful week in this wonderful condo! Steps from both orient beach with many beach club options and the pool. A 3 minute walk to orient square full of delicious restaurants! Close to Grand Case and the ferry to Pinel. Property management was responsive to questions both before our arrival and during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!
