Excellent
Great house in perfect location by Orient Beach. Very clean with plenty of indoor/outdoor space. Pool is pretty large about 20x10 feet. 1 block from the beach and restaurants/grocery/shops.

My family and I just stayed a week at this property in Orient Beach. Franck was our host and I cannot say enough about this place and area! It was an absolutely perfect place for our family of 5. My wife and I loved the 3rd floor master, our twins shared one of the other king size beds, and our 16 year old the other king. The location is perfect, a minute walk from beach, many restaurants, grocery store and great breakfast/coffee place. The beach was beautiful and relaxing. Also a 5 minute drive to the ferry to Pinel Island which we loved. As well as a 10 minute drive to Ansel beach and Grand Case. We would totally stay here again. In fact, would love to find one of the neighbors places so that my brother and his family can join us next time! Thanks so much Franck!

MAGNIFICANT
It was a VRBO commercial. The house, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, private pool 3 minute walk to EVERYTHING - beach(so beautiful), bars (World famous Bikini Bar and many more) and more restaurants than we could go to. Franck, our host was heads and shoulders above any that I have encountered, and we travel almost exclusively using VRBO. This was a fabulous vacation. 3 active retired couples thoroughly enjoyed. We went snorkeling, took the ferry to St. Barts, shopped in Phillipsburg and than went back to the great house that Franck allowed us to use. Again it was great thanks Franck

Pre Christmas Getaway
Franck’s villa in Orient Bay is perfect for a small group. Just 2 mins walk from the beach, 1 min walk to a string of great restaurants and bakery and small grocery store too. The neighbourhood is very safe. The house was great, awesome backyard with pool and outdoor eating and relaxing. Franck was a great host…always ready to assist with anything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Place to Stay!
My two friends and I were very happy with our stay in this beautiful home! It was in a great location with restaurants very nearby and the beach only a few steps away. The house was decorated very tastefully, and very well supplied. We were not able to use the pool because the water was freezing - would probably be warmer in the summer months. The only thing I would suggest to the owners is to provide instructions for the washer and dryer in English as they were only in French. Otherwise than that, it was the perfect place to stay! Franck and his wife Florence were very pleasant and assisted with a small plumbing issue very quickly. We would definitely recommend a stay here, and if we return to Saint Martin, it would be the only place we would book!

Orient Village Gem
This three bedroom villa is nestled in a row of homes in the heart of Orient Village. Multiple restaurants, shops, a grocer, and the beach are very short walks away. The first floor has a living area and small kitchen that is well appointed and there were even spices, oils, and other basics so you don't have to buy these things to cook. Franck supplied plentiful bottled water, coffee pods, and a welcome basket. The WiFi worked well. The TV stations are all French speaking. The main level has a small bath with a sink and toilet. It opens into the backyard that has a small pool surrounded by artificial turf. Some other residences look over the pool so you must wear a suit. The second level has two large bedrooms with en-suite baths with a walk in shower, but they share a common toilet outside the bedrooms. There is a winding staircase to the third floor which is the largest of the bedrooms and has an en suite bathroom with two sinks and a shower but no toilet. There are low beams so you must watch your head in places. All the rooms have wall mounted air conditioning units that worked very well. The owners have thought of most details, and they even supplied basic toiletries like a hotel and beach towels. The villa would easily hold three couples or a family as the beds are all kings. The one on the third floor was very comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay here and would recommend this villa to anyone. It was also very reasonably priced. The location is wonderful for taking advantage of what Orient Village has to offer.

Great house and location
Beautiful house, very clean and well furnished. The backyard was great. The location was perfect, walking distance to French grocery store, nice French restaurants and Orient beach with various restaurants and attractions. We would love to stay there again.

Warm and welcoming!
Franck and Florence are amazing hosts. Franck welcomed us from the moment we arrived to St. Martin. It's my fourth time on the Island and I'd say the best! The house was very clean and well kept. The pool was very well maintained. I would highly recommend the property it's so close to everything, you don't need a car unless you want to explore the island. We felt very safe! My girls and I had a hard time leaving and hope to return one day soon! Thanks again to our hosts for their warm welcome!

Great vacation
This was the 10th trip to St Martin for the wife and me, but the first for our friends. We were also joined by our son and his wife. There are 3 GREAT things about this house: location, location and location. 3 minute walk to the beach, 4 minutes to a dozen or so restaurants in Orient village, and 5 to shops which carried breakfast stuff and french wine and cheese. Although we drove to different places every day, this is my first trip where I could have been happy w/out a car. Franck is a great host. We had a plumbing problem that was resolved in an hour. He was on top of that. There was a “surprise” when we checked in. There are 3 very nice bedrooms each with a bath. Note that bath does not mean toilet. Only 2, one on the second floor and one on the ground floor. Do not let this stop you from enjoying this rental. We worked it out - 4 old people and two 45s. If you don't have WhatsAp, get it. You will use that to communicate with Franck. I would love to rent this place again. We were there for 16 days and enjoyed every one.
