Welcome to our charming 70's home has been tastefully renovated over the years. You will find elements of Bohemian style throughout the space as you immerse yourself in muted colors and soft fabric textures. The home is conveniently located just 7 minutes south from UVU Campus, 9 minutes to University Mall and surrounding shops, and 14 minutes to BYU.

From the moment you step in the door you will be enveloped in eclectic design. Bohemian decor, lighting and furniture is truly unique yet tasteful that has a modern twist. Plenty of room to spread out, you will find lots of storage for any length of stay. We pride ourselves on having the most comfortable gel/breathable mattresses coupled with hotel quality alternative down pillows and bamboo thread sheets you'll sleep like never before. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of parking this is a rare find for Orem! Guests have access to the entire left driveway, there are painted angle parking spots to maximize number of vehicles. Please no street parking, our home is in a residential neighborhood, and would like to show respect to our neighbors. This home does have long term basement apartment tenants who are amazing and respectful with our guests. This home has independent doors on the side and back of the house where tenants live. They have friendly dogs who are part of their family. Parking is assigned: please use the left driveway in the angled parking stalls to the left (there are up to 5 spots if followed correctly) while our basement tenants get to park in-front of the garage in the left driveway and all of the right driveway so we ask to keep out of those spots please. Lastly, the home is in a secluded neighborhood so we ask please no street parking. Thanks! We provide a maximum of 24 towels per reservation. If you're on an extended stay we encourage our guests to use the washer and dryer. Guests will be charged extra for any stained towels or linens. Please use cleaning products as needed to remove stains from towels and linens. Please use our provided black towels for removing any makeup. Guests are responsible for any damage to towels or linens.
