Appartement avec du potentiel pour une famille

Appartement très bien situé au dessus des commerces (agence immobilière, restaurants, boutiques de souvenirs, de matériel/ vêtement de montagne), aux pieds des telemix, complexe piscine/bowling. Vue sur les montagnes. Bien éclairé. Places de stationnement au pied de l'immeuble. Une grande chambre et une chambre avec 2 lits superposés donc 6 couchages. Point positif une porte sépare les chambres du salon/cuisine. Armoires de rangement, télé. Peinture propre. Ce qui est dommage c'est le souci d'humidité surtout dans les toilettes, où des travaux de plomberie devraient être à prévoir et peut-être revoir les VMC? On a ressenti aussi l'odeur d'humidité dans l'ascenseur de l'immeuble.😕
