"Location pretty much requires a car, but has a gated parking area. It IS walkable to downtown, just more convenient with a car. There were 3 of us and each had a bedroom. Although we only stayed 3 days we didn’t use the kitchen facilities but we could have made our own meals there. Good air conditioning in each bedroom and living area. Host Alvon was very accommodating and made sure our needs were met. Will likely stay there again when in Barbados. "

The space was spotless, cozy, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Rachele was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, providing great local tips and always available if I needed anything. The location was ideal, close to the airport and US embassy as mentioned, and I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend – will definitely be back!"

"Atlantis is beautiful, the staff are great, and the east coast is a wonderful peaceful place. We've stayed before and always enjoy our stay. You'll need a car - there isn't much in terms of supermarket or dining etc nearby, altho "De Garage" is just around the corner and they make some great food and have basic items like snacks etc. All in all, a great experience as always :)"

"Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. The accommodations are simple in that you have bedroom, bathroom, tv, internet and maybe a kitchen. If you are ok with this setup, then this is a fantastic place to stay. The host Gregory is very friendly and ready to accommodate. Wifi wasn't a problem for me. I walked to the Sky Mall to get groceries which is about 20 minutes away though part is a long the highway. There is some noise from the highway, but it is manageable. There are no parties or night clubs in the area to disturb your sleep. Being along the highway, I was able to take the bus to Warrens where I had business. I also took the bus in the other direction to Oistins for the fish fry. Transportation is as good as one could expect for Barbados. This residence is as reasonable priced as anywhere in Barbados. I will definitely stay there again if I have to take another business trip in the area."

"This is a perfect surfers location. Beautiful surf directly across the street, the pictures are accurate, the neighbors are friendly and sitting on the porch watching the surf was heaven. It is not "fancy" - if you have a high maintenance American with you this will not be your rental, but if you want a perfect surf spot to enjoy the views and relax book it. The owner was accessible by What's app as was the car rental co. Be sure to stop for groceries before getting to Bathsheba (only a little market nearby very pricey) and walk to the local spots for meals (some are open on weekends only). We needed a car. On the island you will need GPS (google maps worked) - roads are not well marked. The owner of the VRBO set us up on a fabulous fishing trip - caught Wahoo, Mahi and Barracuda. Definitely recommend if you have the right group. We will be coming back. "
